BOOM!
Another wall crumbled into dust.
Alex kept moving forward, blasting through the maze, ignoring whatever tricks or obstacles it threw at him.
A strange-looking monster lunged at him from the shadows—its many eyes gleaming, tendrils writhing like snakes.
SNAP!
Black flames engulfed it instantly, reducing it to ash before it could even make a move.
He didn't slow down.
Nothing was going to stop him.
Then, out of the corner of his eye, he spotted something.
A vendor shop.
It sat at a bend in the maze, its eerie glow standing out in the dim surroundings.
The undead vendor behind the counter was identical to the one he'd blown up earlier—same skeletal face, same unsettling expression.
Their eyes met.
For a long second, neither moved.
Then, the vendor opened its mouth.
"Player 666..."
SNAP!
Alex blew it up.
