Developing Intuition – Trusting the Whisper of the Inner Voice

Exercise 4: Opening the Third Eye for Intuition

The third eye—the energy center located between your eyebrows—is often associated with intuitive abilities. By focusing on this area during meditation or visualization, you can increase your intuitive perception.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Find a Quiet Space: Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Focus on the Third Eye: Direct your attention to the space between your eyebrows, just above the bridge of your nose. Imagine a small, soft light glowing there.

Expand the Light: As you breathe in, visualize the light growing brighter and more vivid. As you exhale, imagine it expanding outward, opening your inner vision.

Ask for Insight: After a few minutes of focusing on the third eye, mentally ask for insight or clarity on something you've been pondering. Wait patiently for any images, feelings, or thoughts to arise.

Journal the Experience: Once the exercise is complete, write down what you felt or saw. It may not make sense right away, but over time these insights will become clearer.
