Dreams often serve as a powerful channel for the sixth sense. While we sleep, the conscious mind quiets, allowing deeper wisdom to emerge. This exercise will help you activate your sixth sense through your dreams.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Set an Intention Before Sleep: Each night before going to bed, take a few moments to set an intention. Silently tell yourself, "Tonight, I will receive wisdom from my sixth sense." Visualize yourself being open to insights in your dreams.

Keep a Dream Journal: Place a notebook beside your bed. As soon as you wake up, write down any dreams, images, or feelings you remember. Pay special attention to moments in your dreams where you seemed to receive guidance or clarity.

Reflect on Your Dreams: Over time, look for patterns in your dreams. Do certain themes or symbols appear often?
