Exercise 1: Soft Gaze Aura Perception
The first step in seeing auras is learning to soften your gaze. This exercise will help you relax your vision and allow your eyes to adjust to subtle energy fields that surround people and objects.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Find a Quiet Place: Sit comfortably in a room with soft lighting, where you won't be distracted. Place a plain white or light-colored wall behind you.
Choose a Target Object: Begin by focusing on your hand, an object, or a plant in front of you. You will start by practicing aura reading on inanimate objects, as their energy fields are usually more stable.
Soften Your Gaze: Gently focus on the object but let your eyes relax. Instead of looking directly at the object, focus slightly beyond or around it. Imagine you're looking through the object rather than at it.
Notice Subtle Light or Color: As your gaze softens, you may begin to notice a faint outline or light around the object. This is the first layer of its aura. Don't force the process—just allow the light to come naturally.
Practice Seeing the Aura: Continue practicing this soft-gaze technique daily, starting with objects and gradually moving to people. Over time, you'll begin to see more color and light in the energy fields of living beings.
