Exercise 3: Aura Reading in Public

Once you've gained confidence in reading auras with objects and partners, you can take your practice into public spaces. This exercise will help you tune into the energy fields of people in real-world settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Find a Calm Public Space: Go to a park, a café, or any public place where people are quietly going about their day. Choose a spot where you can observe others without drawing attention to yourself.

Choose a Person to Focus On: Without staring, select someone in the distance and begin to soften your gaze as you look at them. Focus slightly above or around their head, letting your eyes adjust to the subtle light around them.

Observe the Energy Field: Notice any changes in the light around the person. Is there a glow around their body?

Do you sense a particular color or mood coming from their energy field?

Pay attention to the emotional or physical state you perceive from their aura.

Reflect on What You See: Compare your perceptions with the way the person is behaving. Does their aura reflect their emotional state or energy level? As you practice, you'll become better at reading the mood and state of others based on their aura.

Journal Your Observations: Afterward, record what you sensed in your journal. Over time, you'll start to notice patterns in the auras you observe, giving you greater insight into the energy dynamics of people around you.
