Chapter 8 : ORCHESTRA...... The Sacred Leaf

The Huge Abandoned space was filled with Iron cage used to imprison criminals.

That are kept under the mercies of King Charles. In a Lonely small Iron cage was A little boy who had his head bow. From the look of things,,he had been crying for long No one to console him.

He was left alone in there, More like he was been abandoned. He had been in that position for long and from the look of things.

The little boy have fallen asleep.

It haven't been long Matthew ate before falling asleep.His food was served to him Hot!!!.

But he rejected it, while waiting for his Mama.

But she didn't show up. After Waiting for long,he had no option than to eat it. But that doesn't stop him from demanding for his Mama.

The Guards assigned to Guard the prison house. All neglected the little boy cries.

But when the little boy fell asleep.

They all heaved a sigh of relieve.

Finally,the cry Baby have fallen asleep.

It ain't easy standing and listening to a Child cry.

A strong Footstep matched towards the Guards. It was no other person but TIGER!.

King Charles's right hand Man. He's stone cold face and domineering Aura screams of fear. He's right hand had a Strange Dragon tattoo drawn on it. The other Guard quickly comport themselves as he walked towards them.

"Where's Kai?!".He's Cold voice bellowed.

The Guards quickly bow their head. "He must be with the King I think". One of them stuttered miserably.

Oh, Ok!" Was all Tiger could say. He ain't an easy going person. He's gaze was fixed on the little boy sleeping in a Cage. Before diverting his gaze back to the Guards. "Make sure this Boy isn't starved or????. You will hear from me. He needs to be fed well cos he's still a Kid."

"Yes Boss!!!" They'all bowed their head in reply. Tiger snorted at them before leaving.

And the Guards all let out the breath they were holding. Ok!!!, Let's just say that they're scared of Tiger. Like the height of the fear have multipled,almost the same range with that of the one they got for the King.Lol!!!... They do wonder where the King Brought someone like him. Cos if tiger Ever becomes the King?. He will kill without looking Back.

Of course they Can Define Tiger in a most easy but ruthless way.

THE KING'S CHAMBERLAIN

Tiger Mad his way inside the Kings Chambers without the obstruction of the Guards.

No one dare Question him. Or else the King requested to be alone. Or???. The King is Making out with any of his Mistresses or Concubines.

He met Kai standing and sorting out various scroll. He made his presence visible to Kai.

Who wasn't surprised seeing him.

"Oh!, Welcome Tiger!". Kai mumbled a Greeting as he concentrate on what his Majesty ordered him to do.

Tiger didn't reply or acknowledge his greetings. Not like he do reply his colleagues greetings. "Where is His Majesty!".

"He just went inside his inner room,but will be out soon".

Barely after replying Tiger. King Charles Came out of his inner room with Bunches of scroll. He arrogantly dropped it on the floor. Purposely for Kai to pick it. Just staring at the scene, you will know that Kai is under a Punishment.

"Greetings Your Majesty!". Tiger greeted with head bowed at a 60 degree centigrade.

"Hmmm! Tiger". The King mumbled and still went back in. To bring out more scrolls.

Tiger stare at the scattered scroll on the floor.

Then to his colleague. The Idiot have done something wrong,,, to be punished like this.

"What Happened to your Face Kai?!". Tiger Questioned with a Raised brow.

"Krm!!" Kai first cleared his throat.

He quickly switched to picking up the scattered scrolls on the floor. "Are you talking to me???". Kai purposely Questioned.

"I think you're not deaf when I mentioned your Name". Tiger fired Back.

Kai cussed deeply inside of him.

What an arrogant boy. "Well..... I was punched by His Majesty. Because??. I went against his order?!".

"Good for you! And that serves you right. Wish I was here when he punched you!. I would have helped him out, designing this your stupid face."

Kai scoffed and continued what he was doing.

What was he expecting from Tiger.

Still, Kai ignored him and continue what he's doing. He didn't dare exchange word with the second in command. Not like he ever have the right to.

Charles came out with another Bunch of scrolls.And scattered it on the floor And went to his table.Sitting like the King he is?.

"Make sure Kai!. You arrange those scroll accordingly. And packed them neatly on that shelf!". He points at the dirty shelf 30 feets away from his Bed.

"Yes your Majesty!". Kai mumbled and continued what he's doing.

The King nodded his head before turning to Tiger.Who was unusually silent."So???.. did you find Christopher??". Charles Questioned.

"No Your Majesty!".

"Why!???". Charles Questioned.Of course he's holding his Patience.

"Your Majesty!. The information I got about his hideout.. when I secretly arrived there in a disguise. He was nowhere to be found around there. I think Christopher have a sharper sense to escape again from there". Tiger Explained calmly.

Charles Brows was Narrowed. " Explain better... What do you mean by Christopher have a sharper sense to escape.".

"Your Majesty!. I think Christopher is Making use of your Powerful and Sacred staff. He disappear with it all of a sudden."

Charles angrily bang his fist on his Glassy table. Christopher is really heading to a dangerous part of his life. He dare use what belongs to the King. Forgetting the outcome of it.

"But their is a way out,,your Majesty. You can locate your Staff and Robe easily". Kai suggested.

"By using the Power of the orchestra". Charles Interrupted him.

"Yes Actually???..". Kai nodded.

"Why didn't we think of such since!". Tiger mumbled.

Charles was silent as he thinks on something.

"If I used the power of the orchestra leaf???. It won't work out. Why?! Cos I don't have any Marked son. And the leaf only Germinate when, A child with the Royal Mark is birthed."

The orchestra have its own Responsibility.

Their was a Commotion Outside the King's chamber.Suddenly the room door went open and Maria walked in. Kai was quick to restrict her.

"Get out Maria,, the King is on a discussion with his Boys". Kai uttered rudely.

"Let me Go you son of a B*tch". Maria Groaned as she struggled to be out of his Grip.

"Let Her Be Kai!. And return back to what I told you to do!" King Charles snapped at him.

Kai hesitated before obeying him.

He hates seeing that Maria of Gurl.

She's so annoying and disgusting at the same time. Maria sticked out her to give at him. And he practically rolled his eye at return.

"Next time before you Walk in here,,seek for the king's permission" . Tiger stated.

"And who are you!. To tell me what to do". Maria Snapped at Him.

"I am your Kings next in Command,, I have every right to throw you out of here....

"Did you just threaten me???". Maria cried out in frustration....

"Maria!". Charles Growled.And definitely slapped his forehead in frustration.

And Maria won't just come and distract him here.

"What!!!" Kai yelled. " Are you Crazy Maria?. What sort of request is that?".

"Kai... Just shut it!" Charles snapped.

He glared at Kai before turning to Maria.

Maria eye shone with Happiness.

"Thanks so.much my Darling King". She ran and place a Peck on his cheek. "I will leave you now to have your discussion,,sorry for the disturbance". She mumbled and pecked him one last time before Catwalking out.

When she was out,,Kai wanted to Question the king But tiger Beat him to it. "My King sorry for this question.. but why will you let her to be in charge of your Slaves!??".

"I'm so bittered for my inability to get my Staff and Robe... And if I don't let her do what she wanna do. I will be disturbed a lot. I just need sometime to think.. just Get out!! The both of you. I need a time alone to think!". He Castigated.Tiger bowed and quietly left his Chamber.While Kai hurriedly place the scrolls on his shelf before leaving.

Charles took a draw from his pipe.

And puffed it out in a most drowsy way.

The Orchestra He won't have any access to.it till he have a Marked child. If he's father is alive. He would have Gotten the power of the orchestra with the help of his Father.

Now he is stocked in a tight position.

Something needs to be done. Else,,, Christopher will make use of the staff Power in a wrong way.
