In the evening, Sui and Erina invited everyone to stay for dinner.
"Haha, in that case, we won't hold back!" Isshiki laughed heartily.
"So, what would everyone like for dinner?" Sui asked.
"I want to eat meat!" Yoshino eagerly licked her lips, raising one hand excitedly.
"I'd like something sweet," Ryoko chimed in with a smile after giving it some thought.
"I'm fine with anything. I'll help in the kitchen," Megumi added softly in her usual gentle tone, following Sui into the kitchen.
"What ingredients do we have today?" Sui pondered once they were inside.
"How about rabbit?" Erina suggested as she tied on a red plaid apron, rolling up her sleeves with an air of grace and capability.
"Sure," Sui agreed, smiling, but then suddenly slapped his forehead. "How could I forget?"
"Huh? Sui, what's the matter?" Both girls quickly came over, concern on their faces.
Megumi's cheeks flushed red, while Erina cast a quick, slightly jealous glance at her. She had long suspected that Megumi harbored feelings for Sui.
But Sui, oblivious to the girls' expressions, was deep in thought. He had been considering what kind of fantasy ingredients to cultivate and realized that a 'cheese rabbit' would be a great choice—its gentle nature, small size, and fast growth cycle made it ideal for farming.
"System, can cheese rabbits be bred?" Sui asked in his mind.
"They can," the system replied.
Sui felt a pang of regret. Until now, he had only focused on buying cheese rabbits to eat, never considering breeding them. Of course, he knew nothing about rabbit breeding techniques or the differences between cheese rabbits and regular rabbits.
But he didn't need to know everything—others did.
Stepping outside, he retrieved the cheese rabbit he had bought the previous day from its cage.
"Are you going to butcher it?" Erina asked, holding a sharp kitchen knife.
"Not today," Sui replied with a smile, holding the rabbit up by its ears as it blinked in confusion.
When dinner time came around, Sui brought the cheese rabbit into the dining area.
"Oh, what a cute little bunny!" Yoshino's eyes lit up. She snatched the rabbit, nuzzling her face into its soft fur before blurting out something that left everyone speechless. "It must taste delicious."
The cheese rabbit, sensing danger in the human's seemingly friendly smile, began struggling in her grasp.
"What's going on? Be good!" Yoshino scolded lightly. "Sui, what breed is this rabbit?" she asked while holding the still-struggling creature. "It smells like cheese."
"Well, haven't you already eaten cheese rabbit meat?" Sui replied.
Yoshino's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Oh! Is this 'that' kind of rabbit?" She had eaten cheese rabbit before, but this was her first time seeing one alive.
"Yoshino, can you take care of this rabbit for me?" Sui asked.
"Of course! I love animals," Yoshino giggled, but the cheese rabbit, sensing something off, struggled even harder.
"Yoshino's dorm is full of animals—chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigs, and even deer," Megumi smiled.
"Though, they all end up being eaten eventually," Ryoko added with a chuckle.
The cheese rabbit, possibly understanding the implications, fought even more fiercely.
"Oh, stop it, you're so naughty!" Yoshino held onto the rabbit's ears, muttering, "Why is there only one? It'd be great if there were a pair so they could keep reproducing."
"By the way, Yoshino, can you tell its gender?" Sui asked. Since the system assigned genders randomly, he wasn't sure.
"Sure," Yoshino replied confidently. Glancing at its lower body, she said, "It's a boy."
"Wait, how can you tell?" Erina asked curiously.
"Because of the little dots," Yoshino giggled.
"Little dots?" Erina repeated, genuinely puzzled.
The other girls' faces turned red, realizing what Yoshino meant. Erina, being innocent, took a moment to understand. When she finally did, her face flushed a deep crimson. She stole a glance at Sui, her embarrassment growing even more intense.
Yoshino examined the rabbit's claws next. "It looks to be between three and six months old, just hitting adolescence—perfect for eating," she concluded.
"In that case, Yoshino, I'll leave this rabbit in your care. I'll send over a few more in the coming days," Sui said with a smile.
"Really? That's amazing!" Yoshino exclaimed joyfully, tightening her grip on the rabbit's ears. The poor creature stopped struggling, seemingly resigned to its fate.
"Then I can breed lots of baby bunnies!" Yoshino announced enthusiastically.
Everyone couldn't help but feel sorry for the rabbit that had fallen into Yoshino's hands.

After dinner, everyone began to head home. Sui and Erina saw them off at the door.
Before leaving, Sui gifted everyone some shrimp shells to use for soup, as he had plenty to spare. Everyone left in high spirits, thrilled with the bonus ingredients.
Sui also gave Megumi some extra marshmallow pumpkins, prompting Yoshino to giggle, "Sui really treats Megumi differently. Now we can go to her dorm and enjoy more marshmallow pumpkins."
Megumi blushed at the comment, lowering her head in embarrassment.
Sui then noticed Erina beside him, her cheeks puffed out in jealousy.
After bidding farewell to everyone, Erina turned to Sui and said sourly, "I didn't realize you were so kind to Megumi."
Sui was taken aback. "It's just some ingredients. If you want any, you can have them too."
Erina thought for a moment and realized he was right—Sui had always treated her much better than anyone else. She let out a soft huff, her lips curling into a small smile. "Okay, that's fair."
Looking at her cherry-red lips, Sui couldn't help but laugh.

The next morning, Sui woke to a message from Utaha:
"I forgot to give you your reward last time. I'll send it now."
