Hearing Krises sentence, Agni realized what Kris was really trying to do and a mocking expression appeared on his face. This time, he did not fear Krises strength rather, he ridiculed him for his stupid action just now.
"If I were a werewolf, then believe me right now Kris, that you would be the first person to die and I am actually here by the blessing of the great Phoenix; do you dare what you did again! I am here to help, and instead, I am the one to be doubted as well!".
Kris regretted his actions immediately because in the next instant, A long-sword appeared in Agni's hands and it was not just a regular long-sword, rather, it was made by using the deep flames skill Agni had. He did this in order to prove to Kris that he was indeed sent by the Great Phoenix to help the villagers and they must show him a little bit of respect or else he might decide to abandon them to their doom and just go anywhere else; it was not his mission to save the villagers after all, so he had nothing to lose if he did this.
The sword in Agni's hand melted instantly because he was not able to keep his mana in control and thus, when the long-sword did not receive enough energy, it shattered back into light particles and disappeared in the air and not even one second later, no traces of the sword could be seen or felt by Kris but it did not took him even a second to understand that Agni's control on his mana was poor and he was not able to keep the form of a sword for a second and Kris could even feel that the mana energy Coming out of Agni's body dimmed and almost disappeared because he was almost emptied of his mana-pool just now, and if he had not added those few points into his intelligence stat earlier, he might had fainted from overusing of his mana. Looking to his stats, he saw that out of 87 mana points, he only had 5 points left. His head suddenly started throbbing in pain but before he could do anything a heavy pressure descended which forced his knees on the ground in pain. He was not able to move a single muscle in his body because of the pressure and his breathing was getting ragged because the pressure was also sucking-up air in its surroundings, making Agni hard to breathe.
Rol was a very dangerous and mysterious game, and although it was a lot of fun playing it, this was his first time receiving an aura suppression of this magnitude, so Agni didn't know that the pain in the game would also be like real pain and there was nothing in the game to stop the pain.
"What do you think kid, a person who was not even able to endure my aura, how can he help us against the grey wolf? Yes, you can help us by being a meat shield in front of us to stall his attack for a single second; do you want that?" Krises deep voice entered Agni's ears but before he could think of a solution, Kris continued---"of-course, I can let you go this time for the offence of raising your sword against the captain of the militiamen this once because you have such rare skills; but I am giving you two choices, you have to choose one and they will determine your fate.
So, listen carefully now; either leave this village and hand over your legacy, or stay in the village and help the village against the wolf; if you choose the latter, I'll promise that no one will treat you badly and we shall help you in becoming stronger if you promise us in return, that you will never harm the people of this village and protect them with your life! The choice is yours to make, and decide quickly, I have work to do." Kris said and looked at Agni for his answer.
