Looking at the wheel in the system, Kurtz could see the wheel divided into eight equal segments, each segment holding a skill and on top of the top center segment, a small arrow pointed down. A wary smile emerged on his face, he would have just upgraded the forbidden state skill if he had his way. 


"Spin." He thought and the wheels immediately rotated speedily before slowly coming to a rest and soon come to rest, "Mental control." Kurtz muttered with a sigh, he somehow felt his luck would manage to disappoint him and it really did in the cruelest way.
