Secluded in his room, surrounded by posters of characters and figurines from various anime and manga, Lin Lu epitomizes the term "loser." He spends his days sprawled on his bed, lost in one gacha game after another, depleting the last remnants of the savings he once earned from his once-happy life.



The reality hits him like a slap to the face when he realizes he has just spent his final funds on a 10-pull gacha. With only $10 left and a family fed up with his stagnant existence, the pressure mounts. They’re ready to throw him out onto the streets.



Staring at his reflection in the mirror, despair washes over him, and he makes a fateful decision.
