Chapter 70: Late in the night

Chavu breathed out in content once he curled up against Marcellus. They had washed when they came back and had dinner with the gnomes.

Or, Chavu had dinner, and Marcellus had waited for him to finish up so that they could go somewhere private. The vampire didn't like the idea of feeding from the Naga in front of their "children", for, he didn't want to worry them.

Marcellus was yet to feed from Chavu. His hands were playing with the Naga's beige tunic, one he wore only to bed. He traced circles in the fabric, and his chin rested on Chavu's shoulder.

They were snuggled into one another. So close, it was hard to say where one ended and the other one began. Chavu's tail was wrapped around the vampire's legs. As if he were afraid that Marcellus would use them to walk away and risk his life again, if Chavu did not restrain him.
