Chapter 128: Aquan Kingdom

Without hesitation, Rythen darts forward. His movement is swift, far faster than he had been as a standard warrior. The water ripples violently in his wake as he closes the gap, his sword arcing toward Azure with a sharp, fluid motion.

But to Azure, it's all slow motion.

He watches the blade approach, each bubble trailing behind it like a leisurely drift. With a slight shift of his weight, Azure steps aside, the blade missing him by inches. He moves with the grace of a predator, his posture relaxed yet calculated.

"Not bad," Azure remarks, his voice calm. "But predictable."

Rythen spins, following up with a series of rapid strikes. Each swing carries precision and power, the water around them churning with the force of his attacks. Yet Azure continues to evade effortlessly. To him, Rythen's movements are deliberate and telegraphed, as though the man is swimming through honey.
