155. Exploration of the domain
Rain finds himself falling after coming out of the weird domain door. He sees himself speeding toward the forest below in the drizzle. " Shit, did the cowards lied?" He quickly stabilizes him and uses genetic energy to slow himself down.
Rain took hold of the first tree branch he reached. Before Rain could sigh in relief, he heard a creaking sound and a snap followed. He started to fall again, but his speed slowed down. He used the branches along the way to land softly on the ground.
" Now Commander Angus cannot save his brother and his brother's friend." Rain thinks while looking around for any danger.
" The rules of weird domain exploration are that if you are separated from your team, you must return to the domain gate or reach the most noticeable object inside the domain."
" There is a lone mountain to my north. Being a lone mountain surrounded by a forest of trees made it the most noticeable object inside this domain."
Rain starts running north toward the mountain because he has two days to reach the mountain and get out of the domain or the weird power inside the domain will break his soul space's barrier.
While running he can feel the power of the weird domain impacting his barrier. Every weird domain's power is different, so to find the nature of this weird domain's power. Rain spreads his soul power outside his barrier for a moment to grab a wisp of the weird domain's power and return with the wisp.
Rain did not stop running as he started to understand the power of the weird domain. And a minute did not pass, he understood the weird domain's power. He felt the wisp of weird domain's power, trying to absorb his soul's power.
In the name of research, he parts a wisp of soul power and feeds it to the wisp of the weird domain's power. After absorbing his soul power, he felt the wisp grow stronger. Understanding the weird domain's power, he started running faster while he cursed loudly.
If he cannot get out of the weird domain, the domain will start absorbing his energy and he will begin growing weaker and ultimately die. But he has to slow down as he notices a river before him.
He did not try to cross the river directly because he was inside a weird domain. He would not have crossed any river outside without checking the river.
Standing at the river's bank, he examines the river finding it clear, he sees the river's bottom, filled with sand and stones without anything inside the water.
" With the weird domain's power absorbing any energy, no life can live inside the weird domain." Rain says aloud. Now to check the river's water is the same as the water he is familiar with. He does not think the water is poisonous as the drizzle escapes from the trees and falls on his body.
He does not try to put his hand in the water to check, he breaks a leaf from a tree near him and throws it into the river. The leaf flies from his hand, reaches above the river, and sinks like a stone.
Rain's eyes widen seeing this and to further confirm what he saw. He breaks a tree's branch this time and throws it for the goal of crossing the river. But the branch sank inside as it flew above the river.
A frown appears on Rain's face, to check the force of the river's pull. He tentatively forwards his right hand above the river and feels the suction coming from the river. And pulls back the hand the next moment.
" If I tried to cross without knowing, I would have been pulled inside the river and may die in suffocation," Rain says aloud, and continues, " Now, How should I cross the river?"
Rain tries to calculate the river's width to find a tree lengthy enough that he can use it as a bridge to cross the river. He finds a tree and mutters, "Let's try with this."
With a swift strike with his hand, he chops the trees. He holds the tree from falling and walks to the river's bank. And let the tree go at such an angle so the tree's top falls on the opposite side of the river.

And he is ultimately pulled back inside the water. Rain starts brainstorming how to climb out of the river, resting his head on his arm. He thinks about how the river's pull works.
He remembers a saying," Only Rule can fight against Rule." To test this, genetic energy surrounds his feet and he applies the Sharp rule with the genetic energy. He feels the pull force from the river decrease by a quarter.
Rain surrounds his body with genetic energy with sharp rules and he feels the pull force decrease. Genetic energy bursts from his feet's soles giving him the leap and in a swift motion, he jumps out and lands on the river's bank.
Without wasting any time, Rain started running again.
" Later, I will explore where the pull force from the river is coming from." Rain thinks as he runs towards the mountain.
" Will Siobhan and Lily be able to cross the river? Lily may also use the Holy fruit completely merging with the genes of her radiation medicine. If, she comprehends a sliver of rule present in the genes of her radiation medicine."
Thinking of this, Rain frowns. He cannot think of a solution, he does not know where they are, and it is difficult for him to jump out of the river and help others cross the river.

Now, He can use the parts of the vitality body practice method he understands, to create a rudimentary practice method for himself.
What he learned of the practice method of the true body realm, is to create an energy channel to harness all energy of the body and absorb radiation energy surrounding the body.
Using the radiation energy and with the rule, he understood. To transform his genetic energy.
If D-rank genetic energy is the first version of genetic energy, then it will be the genetic energy's second version after transformation.
Before Rain starts to create the rudimentary practice method, he stops running because another river is on his way to the mountain.
He then throws and tree's branch to cross the river. Unlike the first river, where the branch falls inside the river by the river's pull. Here the branch is incinerate at the moment it flies above the river.

Rain starts running, with a wisp of thought and the soul chip controls his body while the rest of his thought gets busy creating a framework for his practice method.
Time flies like an arrow, as he creates the framework of a true body practice method. He has to stop again, as he finds a river again in his way.
This is the third river, Rain again throws a branch and it reaches above the river, it freezes instantly and falls into the river.
" I cannot cross this river with my body, I have to use energy armor to offset the freezing of the river." Rain thinks which makes him frown, as he has only around 60% of his genetic energy.
Rain surrounds his body with genetic energy, jumps into the river, and starts running to the other side. Rain feels his genetic energy is consuming rapidly as he runs while fighting not to become frozen.
When he climbs out of the river, his genetic energy is at 18%. He is on his knees with his hands on the ground and breathes like a tired dog.
The first two rivers did not tire him as much as this river fueled by the rapid consumption of his genetic energy.
He notices, a sprout coming out in front of him and in seconds it grows into a large tree bearing three green fruits. He remembers the green fruit as it looks similar to the life energy fruit shown by Commander Angus during the meeting.
He stands up, plucks a fruit, and tentatively bites it to see if there is any danger. He feels his genetic energy recovering.
He feels for any changes in his body, but only 6% of his genetic energy is recovering. Finding no danger, Rain, in two bites, consumes the fruit. He plucks the two fruits and eats them.
In a few moments, his genetic energy is 100% and he starts running while creating the practice method's framework.
Before he stops again, he successfully creates the practice method. But for his two palms, he successfully created an energy channel. He does not need to wrap his palms with genetic energy if he wants to protect his palm.
He watches as a transparent shield surrounds both of his palms. Before, he when surrounds his body with genetic energy, it starts to consume rapidly before it comes into contact with anything. It is called an energy shield.
Radiation energy consumes his genetic energy. It is not consuming; the correct word should be breaking. Radiation energy breaks his genetic energy into particles and transforms it into radiation energy.
But now, genetic energy cannot break the transparent shield formed by his genetic energy, and when his entire body from the top of his head to his toes is covered with the transparent shield.
