Chapter 262: Gentle as Water, Tsunade

The commanders of the three battlefronts had been decided, and now it was time to handle the allocation of ninja forces.

Wars between shinobi were not complicated with intricate schemes. They were straightforward and brutal, with victory determined by strength.

Occasionally, there would be ambushes, like the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist sent by Kirigakure during the Third Great Ninja War.

If it hadn't been for Might Duy, they might have caused significant losses to Konoha.

But Shinho had no such concerns.

He had the Blood Curtain Skyflower Gu and Orochimaru in command, leaving little room for error.

Shinho waved his hand, and Yugao Uzuki spread out a large map of the ninja world before the assembled group.

"Iwagakure specializes in Earth Release, which is countered by Lightning Release," Shinho said, his gaze landing on Tsunade, "Kakashi Hatake and Might Guy will handle the Iwagakure front."

Kakashi was one of Konoha's few skilled Lightning Release users.

As for Might Guy, Shinho intended for him to protect Tsunade. After all, Ōnoki's Dust Release was truly formidable.

"Take Team 7 with you as well," Shinho added.

Including Sasuke and Naruto would ensure absolute security.

"Yes," Kakashi and Might Guy responded simultaneously.

However, Kakashi's tone was lethargic, while Guy's was full of vigor.

"Sensei, take the Uchiha clan, the Cursed Seal unit, and the Summoning unit with you," Shinho instructed Tsunade, "You can select the remaining forces as you see fit."

"Understood." Tsunade looked at him and smiled.

Of the three newly formed units, two had been entrusted to her. The intention was clear, ensuring her safety.

In the past, such an arrangement might have angered her, as it could be interpreted as underestimating her abilities.

But now, she felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and happiness.

She wondered if she could reward this little rascal before leaving.

"Jiraiya," Shinho continued, "you'll act with Shikaku Nara as your strategist, leading the Hyūga clan, the Ino–Shika–Chō trio, and the Aburame unit."

Kirigakure's greatest strengths were water-based combat and the Silent Killing technique, particularly in heavy fog.

This was especially deadly for ninjas from other villages.

The Hyūga clan, with their Byakugan, was the perfect counter.

In his past life, many had criticized the decision to send the Uchiha clan to fight Kirigakure during the Third Great Ninja War, as the Sharingan was not as effective in dense fog.

"Understood," Jiraiya replied.

Shinho had not favored anyone unfairly. The forces under Jiraiya's command were just as strong as those under Tsunade.

The Aburame unit, in particular, was made up of ninjas capable of Sage Mode.

As the only one among the Legendary Sannin to have mastered Sage Mode, Jiraiya was well aware of its power.

The Ino–Shika–Chō trio and the Hyūga clan required no further explanation, being both functional and powerful.

"Prepare yourselves," Shinho commanded, standing up. "Once ready, set out immediately."

"Yes!" came the unified response.

"Who's in charge of logistics?" Jiraiya suddenly asked.

"The Transport Division," Shinho explained. "With the railways, airships, and Konoha Fortress, we can ensure timely logistical support."

Additionally, there was the Hole Earth Gu, which could function as a teleportation array.

Theoretically, as long as someone carried either the parent or child Gu and moved around strategically, logistics would be well-handled.

Of course, the best candidate for this was Shinho himself. With his Rainbow Light Gu and Golden Aroura Gu, his speed was unparalleled.

However, as the Hole Earth Gu was a strategic-level Gu, Shinho didn't plan to reveal it to too many people.

Jiraiya didn't press further, turning to leave in a hurry.

The others followed suit, as there was much to be done under the tight schedule.

"Kid, be careful with Kumogakure," Tsunade warned, "The Fourth Raikage and Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails Jinchūriki, are formidable when they act together."

"Don't you trust me?" Shinho instinctively grabbed her hand but quickly let go when she pulled away.

There was another person in the room, Hokage's secretary.

Konan had noticed their moment of closeness and was a bit surprised, but she didn't think too deeply about it.

She didn't know how intimate of a relationship a teacher and student like Shinho and Tsunade had and she didn't dare judge.

"I originally planned to have Orochimaru lead this battlefront," Shinho said, coughing lightly, "but I figured you'd prefer to go yourself."

He had forgotten about Konan's presence.

It couldn't be helped; as Hokage's secretary, she was often so quiet that she became easy to overlook.

"Of course I'll move myself at times like this," Tsunade said, glaring at him.

Her reason was simple, because Shinho was Hokage.

She didn't want the New Konoha he had worked so hard to build to be destroyed.

Besides, her strength had grown significantly.

And remaining in Konoha all this time, she hadn't had the chance to truly test her power.

"All right. I'll come find you later," Tsunade said.

She had many tasks to deal with and, with Konan present, didn't linger.

Once Tsunade left, Shinho turned and headed toward the Hokage's office.

"Hokage-sama," Konan asked from behind him, "should Nagato and I stay in Konoha?"

"You'll come with me," Shinho replied casually. "Akatsuki's target isn't Konoha, it's the Rinnegan."

This way, he could protect Nagato and use him as bait.

After all, the Fourth Ninja Unit led by Obito had completely vanished without a trace.

No one knew where they were lurking.

Konan nodded slightly.

The key to executing the Eye of the Moon Plan lay in the Rinnegan.

The Akatsuki, specifically Uchiha Madara, and Zetsu, would never give up on it. She knew it all too well.

Nagato's own strength was not lacking, and with Shinho present, the situation was as close to foolproof as possible.

The only real threat was Madara's Kamui.

But Konan had already prepared a special surprise for him.

"Go and make the arrangements," Shinho said with a wave of his hand.

All three ninja units needed to be coordinated.

However, as Hokage, Shinho could delegate such tasks to his subordinates.

"Yes," Konan replied before turning to leave.

Shinho stretched lazily.

Since his transmigration, this was his first experience with a full-scale ninja world war.

Fortunately, Konoha had prepared thoroughly.

In terms of overall strength, Konoha had long surpassed the other three great ninja villages.

Including the Jinchūriki, this dominance was even more evident.

The two Jinchūriki of Iwagakure could be dealt with by Sasuke and Naruto.

Kirigakure had only one Jinchūriki, and Jiraiya, along with his summoned beasts, was more than enough to handle them.

As for Kumogakure, Shinho would handle it personally. There was no need for additional manpower.

After all, while Jinchūriki were powerful, they still had limits.

But Shinho… he was no longer constrained by the limits of being human.

He casually picked up a document from the desk.

The war wouldn't halt the operations of the Land of Fire or Konoha. The daily tasks still needed to be managed.

Konoha had already entered a new era of stability.

The Land of Fire, following Shinho's plans, was undergoing a massive transformation, especially with the construction of a metropolis.

Modeled after the ancient Rōran Kingdom, they were using the Three-Tails Isobu as a power source to build a futuristic city.

Shinho had even considered making it a floating city.

But ultimately, it wasn't necessary.

After all, the majority of the residents in the metropolis were ordinary people.

Besides, in addition to the Three-Tails, there were eight other Tailed Beasts.

This meant they could construct nine such cities in total.

The locations for the other cities had yet to be decided.

For now, they would focus on completing the Land of Fire's metropolis and evaluate its success before proceeding further.

At that moment, Shinho felt something unusual at his feet.

Looking down, he saw Ichikishima-hime kneeling on the floor.

Noticing she'd been discovered, her cheeks turned slightly red. Her soft lips quivered as she hesitated before saying, "M-Master…"

Shinho immediately understood her intentions.

Reaching out, he gently traced her lips before ruffling her hair.

Ichikishima-hime's eyes lit up.

She moved closer, lifting herself slightly to rest her chin on Shinho's thigh, giving him a charming smile.

Shinho, however, felt something was off.

Ichikishima-hime and "seductive" were words that didn't quite match.

She was cute, overwhelmingly so, but not sensualy.

It might have been the fixed impression brought on by her frame.

Watching her sway adorably, Shinho let out a sigh.

Tagori-hime and Tagitsu-hime, observing curiously, had never seen this side of Ichikishima-hime before.

Although she appeared uncomfortable, almost as if she couldn't breathe, her eyes were filled with excitement.

Noticing their reactions, Shinho beckoned them over.

He had never claimed to be a gentleman.

Tagori-hime and Tagitsu-hime knelt on either side of Ichikishima-hime.

Before Shinho could say anything, they began mimicking her actions.

Ichikishima-hime puffed out her cheeks in dissatisfaction but didn't dare to get angry in front of Shinho.

Fortunately, there was enough space.

She only needed to maintain her "first place" position.

Shinho leaned back, gazing at the familiar ceiling, and sighed deeply.

Before the war began, it was indeed time to refine his tool.

Pushing aside his wandering thoughts, Shinho resumed reading the documents.

Aside from the Land of Fire's metropolitan redevelopment, the most pressing matter was economic growth.

Following his orders, the Market Division had taken control of several key industries.

This had caused unrest among the merchants of the Land of Fire, many of whom believed Konoha was overreaching.

Shinho, however, paid no mind to their gossip.

In the shinobi world, where strength ruled, leaving them with control of most industries was already generous.

Still, the Market Division needed to guide them back toward confidence, encouraging them to participate in nation-building efforts.

At that moment, two lines of text appeared before Shinho's eyes:

..

[Achievement unlocked: "Three Snakes Coiled Around the Pillar." Reward: Quintuple Birth Gu.]

[Quintuple Birth Gu: A Rank Five Gu that allows a female to give birth to quintuplets.]

..

Shinho froze for a moment before grimacing.

Both the achievement and the reward were bizarre.

Quintuple Birth Gu? Quintuplets? How would anyone raise that many at once?

Shinho felt it was something he'd never use.

If he truly wanted children, he had plenty of candidates.

Rubbing his chin, he thought, This might be better suited for a clan with only a single heir.

For instance, Kakashi.

The problem, however, was that even by the time of Boruto, Kakashi was still single.

Shinho suspected the Hatake clan might go extinct at this rate.

Initially, Sasuke would have been the best candidate, but now that his clan wasn't wiped out, there was no pressure to revive the Uchiha.

Besides the Quintuple Birth Gu, Shinho also possessed One, twin, triplets, and quadruple Birth Gu.

He had effectively collected an entire set.

"Ichikishima-hime," Shinho said seriously, "you three sisters are as close as family. You should learn to share."

Ichikishima-hime's expression stiffened as she reluctantly pouted and moved aside.

Tagori-hime's crimson lips parted slightly, her gaze flickering, with her eyes alternating between white and brown.

Shinho nodded in satisfaction.

Small cups and medium cups.

Even with the same straw, the experience was entirely different.
