Chapter 84

Arya sliced down the last of the skeleton warriors with her swords.

The warriors were reduced to piles of bones and armor.

Arya hadn't seen any more things or monsters trying to fight her and that was good as she was starting to get tired now.

She didn't know why no one was trying to stop her anymore unless….he wanted her to come to him.

Yeah, that was the only explanation possible.

But Arya still kept her guard up as she continued walking forward, getting closer and closer to the enemy camp.

She could see it now. A bunch of tents pitched up in a small clearing and movements.

She couldn't see the king though.

Where was he?

He made himself known when something big and nasty was thrown at her and that thing exploded in a sickening and boody explosion that covered Arya head to toe in blood.

Arya managed to shield her face with her arms but the rest of her wasn't as lucky.

She took a look at what just exploded.

It was the body of a young werewolf. His body was mangled and he was missing pieces of his flesh and an arm and leg.

Sick.

Sick how the king could use his own people like this.

Arya took a few more steps and she was surrounded on all sides by werewolves and goblins.

They didn't look armed but they looked…lifeless and brian dead.

Arya remembered how Lucifer said that some people didn't want to fight and were forced to fight.

So they were brainwashed and put under mind control.

Well, she didn't want to kill off innocent people who were forced to fight.

"Attack her."

A man's voice boomed over the forest. Wait, Arya caught a woman's voice mixed in with the king's voice or was she just imagining things.

All at once, the werewolves and goblins jumped and piled on top of her. 20 big and heavy men combined their weight to crush her.

A big explosion took place as Arya threw off all of the monsters. A large blast of telekinetic force sent them flying.

Arya snarled. She made sure not to hurt them but she winced when she saw a few of them crash into trees and one of them smashed into a large boulder.

Arya made her way forward.

"Stop with the pettiness and show yourself."

More laughter.

Arya was in the camp now and demons, goblins, werewolves and other sorts of monsters surrounded her at all sides.

But they might as well be status as they didn't move or show any reaction to her presence. Still mind-controlled and unable to react as they hadn't been given an order yet.

They slowly parted like the Red Sea when Moses was parting with them and Arya saw him.

He looked like an older and more mature version of Lucifer. He was dressed in plain clothes consisting of a shirt and pants but he gave off an aura of power.

He wore no sword nor carried a weapon but Arya noted his sharp slaws not unlike those of wild predators.

One good strike with them and she would be ripped to shreds.

"So you're Lucifer and Lucindia's father. I see Lucifer takes more after you."

The king threw back his head and laughed.

A man's voice mixed with a woman's. So she wasn't really imagining things after all.

"But who are you? I'm talking to you, the person inside of the king. Or should I say, ghost?"

The King stopped laughing and his face turned hard and cold.

"Attack-!"

Arya unleashed the largest blast of telekinetic force ever.

The power erupted from her body and the soldiers were sent flying. The tents neatly pitched up in the camp ground were ripped off the ground, the pikes and ropes restraining them to the ground were also ripped out of the ground, and sent flying. Many acres of forest were flatten with trees ripped from the ground as if felled by an ax.

The soldiers were thrown not just a few feet but a few miles.

"Stop this. Fight me head on. Or are you just a coward who depends on others to do your fighting for you?"
