Under Simu's firm gaze, the Third Hokage finally agreed to his plan.
He transferred a large amount of information from Anbu to Simu.
"But no one can know Konoha was behind this," the Third Hokage emphasized seriously.
Simu nodded. "Of course. Don't worry, the Daimyo's court won't have any evidence to blame us."
He accepted the files in front of him.
Although he couldn't access Root's intelligence due to Danzo, Anbu's information was more than enough.
Back home, he reviewed the details with Kushina and the others.
Anbu had gathered extensive records—years of corruption, crimes committed by nobles across the Land of Fire, and even details on their private armies.
"I can't believe these nobles have done so many disgusting things," Kushina said angrily, slamming the papers onto the table. Her face was filled with disgust.
In contrast, Lindy and Mikoto remained calm.
Both had grown up in wealthy families and were well aware of how nobles lived.
"Mr. Simu is right," Lindy sighed. "Power corrupts people."
"Take the Hyuga clan, for example. Maybe their original intention with the Caged Bird Seal was to protect the branch family. But once power goes unchecked, oppression follows."
"The nobles are the same. They act like parasites, endlessly taxing the people, draining them dry, and using that wealth to sustain their extravagant lifestyles."
"And to protect their rule, the Fire Daimyo turns a blind eye to it all. So the common people are left to suffer."
For years, Lindy hadn't taken on village missions.
Instead, she followed the Aster Flower Merchant Association, traveling across the entire ninja world.
She had seen firsthand how the people of the Fire Nation—and the rest of the world—struggled to survive.
In fact, not only the Land of Fire, but other countries as well.
The power of the nobles has overflowed to the point of being out of control.
They bled the common people dry through heavy taxation, used their private armies to do as they pleased, and ruled their lands like unchecked tyrants.
After all, there were no real laws in the Land of Fire at this time.
Each noble governed their own territory as an absolute ruler.
To them, the people were nothing more than personal property, expected to serve and even die for their sake.
Naturally, some commoners, unable to endure such oppression, turned to banditry.
The lesser nobles, unaffected by the chaos, handled these issues with their own forces.
But when the problem grew beyond their control, they turned to the ninja villages—offering commissions to have bandits exterminated.
This was why Konoha received so many missions to suppress bandits each year.
Of course, some were truly ruthless criminals.
But many were simply desperate souls with nowhere else to turn.
Kushina, with her fiery temper, glared at Simu.
"What exactly are you planning to do?"
Simu leaned back in his chair, arms crossed.
He had long been dissatisfied with this world.
Now, the daimyo had practically handed him an opportunity.
"The Aster Flower Merchant Association has expanded rapidly, establishing shops all across the Land of Fire,"
"Our next step is to use it to spread the idea of resistance in these noble-controlled territories—"
"And train people who can actually fight."
For too long, the methods of ninja training had been monopolized by the major villages, keeping ordinary people from gaining any real combat skills.
This allowed nobles to maintain their rule with small private armies of samurai.
Simu's goal was to shatter that system.
Over the years, the Aster Flower Merchant Association had grown tremendously—now, it was time to put that influence to use.
Over time, the Aster Flower Merchant Association had even trained a fighting force of hundreds.
After studying under Simu for a long time, these fighters had learned the basics of the Marine Six Styles. While they weren't on the level of Jōnin, they were far stronger than the average Genin and could hold their own against Chūnin.
Their strength alone was enough to deal a significant blow to the noble factions in the Land of Fire.
At Hyuga Lindy's insistence, Simu eventually agreed to let her take part in the operation.
"What about me?" Kushina protested, pointing at herself.
"Why can Lindy join, but I can't?"
Simu smirked and pointed at her stomach.
"Didn't you always want to become the perfect Jinchūriki?"
Kushina's eyes immediately lit up.
"You figured out a way?"
Simu nodded.
"You can give it a try."
After all, he now controlled three tailed beasts himself—it was time to start taking control of Nine Tails, step by step.
Hearing this, Kushina's face lit up with satisfaction.
As the second Jinchūriki of the Nine Tails, she understood better than anyone how terrifying the power sealed within her truly was.
If she could master it herself…
She would be an even greater asset to Simu!
"What about Mikoto?" Kushina asked, turning to Uchiha Mikoto.
Since forming a relationship with Simu, Mikoto had always stayed quietly by his side, never demanding anything.
Hearing Kushina's question, Mikoto shook her head.
"I don't enjoy all this fighting and bloodshed. I just want to stay home and cook for you all."
Simu smiled.
"That's really a big help, Mikoto."
In truth, Mikoto played an important role in their family.
With Lindy fully dedicated to managing the Aster Flower Merchant Association, Mikoto had taken over most of the household responsibilities.
Without her, things would be a mess.
For the next half-month, Simu remained in Konoha, helping Kushina gain control over the power of the Nine Tails.
"What are you planning?"
Kushina's crimson hair shimmered under the sunlight. She was no longer the scrappy little girl she once was. Under Simu's care, she had become more graceful, her beauty uniquely captivating.
Noticing Simu staring at her, Kushina's cheeks flushed. She quickly punched him on the head.
"You idiot! Be serious!" she snapped. "Stop spacing out all the time!"
Simu chuckled awkwardly and refocused.
"Ahem…" He cleared his throat. "Actually, controlling a Tailed Beast is quite simple."
With that, he formed a series of hand seals, summoning Matatabi, the Two-Tails.
After all, the best way to understand a Tailed Beast… was from a Tailed Beast itself.
"Simu-sama, Kushina-sama," Matatabi greeted them respectfully.
As Simu's partner, Kushina naturally commanded the Tailed Beast's respect as well.
"It's been a while, Matatabi,"
For Matatabi, Kushina's attitude is very polite.
Or that she only shows her violent side when dealing with Simu.
"Two-Tails, I called you out this time to ask you for advice on how to become a perfect Jinchūriki."
Simu said straight to the point.
Two-Tails froze for a moment.
It took a wary look at Simu:
"Generally speaking, there are only two ways to become a perfect Jinchūriki."
"The first one is like you, relying on the powerful power to make the tailed beast submit, and willingly hand over the power to you."
After a long period of training, Two-Tails's face is no longer comparable to that at the beginning.
When it said such words, its expression was very natural, not even embarrassment .
"However, Kushina-sama's current strength seems to be difficult to achieve."
Tailed Beasts understood each other well, and it knew just how overwhelming Nine-Tails' power was.
At this stage, Kushina could only manage to keep it sealed.
"What about the second one?"
Kushina also knew that she was not strong enough, so she gave up the first way directly.
"The second way is to reconcile with the Tailed Beast."
"Reconcile?" Kushina frowned, confused.
Two-Tails nodded. "Yes, because Tailed Beasts are sealed inside Jinchūriki for years, they naturally develop resentment toward humans. But if a Jinchūriki can earn the Tailed Beast's trust and reach an understanding, the beast will willingly share its power—making them a perfect Jinchūriki."
Kushina's expression immediately darkened.
"That guy? Cooperate?"
"Nine-Tails doesn't listen to anyone."
She had tried communicating with it before—several times, in fact. But every attempt ended the same way.
That stubborn fox refused to acknowledge her at all.
Simu frowned slightly.
"Is there no other way?" Kushina asked, frustrated.
Two-Tails thought for a moment before suggesting, "Why not call Kokuō and Son Gokū? They might have better ideas."
"Good idea." Simu nodded. More Tailed Beasts meant more insight.
Without hesitation, he formed a hand seal and activated the Summoning Technique.
In an instant, a massive white horse and a towering red ape appeared in the dense forest. Their powerful presence sent waves of pressure rippling through the air.
The surrounding Anbu immediately tensed, their eyes widening in shock.
"Three Tailed Beasts...?"
One of them instinctively reached for the alarm, but a calm voice stopped him.
"Stand down, it's me."
Simu's voice echoed through the forest.
Hearing this, the Anbu finally exhaled in relief.
"If it's Simu-sama... then everything's fine."
