White Zetsu stood atop the Three-Tails' shell, watching the massive black shadow plummet from the sky. With a smug expression, he sneered, "Can this kid finally die now?"
Even with Hanyu Simu's monstrous physique, taking a Tailed Beast Bomb head-on without injury seemed nearly impossible.
"Simu-sama…"
Steam continuously rose from the Five-Tails' body, its expression dark and uneasy.
Meanwhile, the Four-Tails hesitated, visibly shaken. If not for Simu's overwhelming strength, it might have gone berserk by now.
After all, the Sharingan's ability to subdue the Two-Tails in an instant was beyond its comprehension.
And if they were sealed again…
Sensing its hesitation, the Five-Tails warned, "Do you really think Simu-sama would die from a Tailed Beast Bomb?"
The Four-Tails' expression changed. Remembering Simu's terrifying feats in the past, it let out a cold snort.
"Hmph. Whatever. I'm only here to stop Matatabi. Whether that kid lives or dies isn't my concern."
With that, it lunged toward the Two-Tails.
Just then, Minato arrived on the battlefield only to find it in complete chaos.
The once-lush forest had been completely erased.
Deep, jagged scars crisscrossed the land, as if countless massive blades had carved through it.
The battlefield was littered with Mist Shinobi, each bearing the marks of devastating slashes.
A terrible stench hung thick in the air, choking every breath.
But Minato was a battle-hardened ninja.
Though the scene was unsettling, it didn't disgust him.
"What a terrifying Sage Art…" he murmured, gazing at the massive trench beneath his feet. It stretched tens of meters, filled with the bodies of over a dozen Mist Shinobi.
And this was just one of many.
A rough estimate put the number of fallen Hidden Mist ninjas at over a thousand—all wiped out by Simu's techniques.
"But right now, finding Simu is the priority."
Gripping his three-pronged kunai, Minato quickly pinpointed Simu's location.
The impact of the Tailed Beast Bomb had sent him crashing far from the battlefield's center.
If only his chakra reserves were higher—he could have used the Flying Thunder God technique immediately.
Just as he was thinking that, an arm shot up from beneath his feet.
Reacting on instinct, Minato activated the Flying Thunder God. In a flash, he reappeared ten meters away.
Fortunately, when he arrived earlier, he had marked a nearby rock with his technique.
The moment he vanished, the ground where he had stood erupted.
A massive sword burst from the ground, slicing through the spot where Minato had just stood.
"As expected, there's still some people survive," Minato muttered, unfazed.
Simu's attacks covered an enormous area, but that also meant their intensity was spread thin.
While an ordinary Jōnin wouldn't survive, Elite Jōnin and Kage-level opponents had their own ways of staying alive.
"The Yellow Flash of Konoha…"
A voice rose from the shallow, murky water as Biwa Juzo slowly emerged. His beheading sword, Kubikiribōchō, was heavily damaged—its once-imposing blade now cracked and split in half.
Juzo's expression darkened for a moment as he glanced at his broken weapon. If not for this sword, he likely wouldn't have survived Simu's devastating attack.
Then, turning his gaze to Minato, he licked his lips, a cruel grin spreading across his face.
"Since that bastard broke my blade… I'll use you to fix it."
Unlike ordinary ninja swords, this one had a unique ability—it could repair itself by absorbing iron from the blood of its victims, growing sharper and stronger with every kill.
Minato remained calm, his voice steady.
"Biwa Juzo of the Seven Swordsmen… A formidable opponent."
Despite his words, there was no trace of tension on his face. At this stage, he was already a man worthy of the Hokage title.
Under normal circumstances, dealing with someone like Juzo wouldn't be too difficult.
But right now, his chakra was running dangerously low.
Juzo didn't waste time; he rushed forward, swinging his half-broken Kubikiribōchō in wild, brutal arcs.
Minato met each strike with his kunai, carefully deflecting the attacks while waiting for the right moment.
With so little chakra left, he had to use it wisely to end the fight in a single decisive move.
Their weapons clashed repeatedly, sparks flashing in the air, briefly illuminating their focused expressions.
But in terms of raw physical combat, Minato was at a slight disadvantage.
Under the relentless barrage of Kubikiribōchō's strikes, Minato's kunai finally gave way, snapping in half.
Seizing the moment, Biwa Juzo stomped down on the remaining piece, using the force to launch Minato backward.
A scarlet glint flashed in Juzo's eyes as he surveyed the battlefield, his fallen comrades scattered across the ground.
"Konoha's ninjas… I'll kill every last one of you!"
Just as he prepared to use the Body Flicker Technique to finish off the legendary Yellow Flash, a calm voice interrupted him.
"Your weakness is exposed."
Minato had already reappeared behind him.
Unbeknownst to Juzo, Minato had planted a Flying Thunder God seal on his back during their fight.
"You think I wouldn't notice?"
As a renowned ninja of Kirigakure, Juzo had long been wary of Minato's techniques.
Without hesitation, he swung his broken sword and spun with astonishing speed, bringing it down with crushing force.
Minato, lacking the raw physical strength to counter such power, had no choice but to evade.
In the blink of an eye, he vanished once again.
Biwa Juzo's eyes widened in shock.
This time, Minato reappeared balanced atop the very blade of Kubikiribōchō.
The massive sword had split the ground beneath it, but Minato stood effortlessly on its edge, golden hair swaying in the dimly lit battlefield.
Then, like a streak of lightning, his three-pronged kunai shot forward, piercing straight through Juzo's forehead.
"Flying Thunder God—Second Step!"
A spray of crimson burst from the back of Juzo's skull.
The leader of the Seven Swordsmen collapsed, his lifeless body hitting the ground with a heavy thud.
Minato exhaled, just beginning to relax when suddenly, torrents of water gushed from the cracks in the earth, swirling together to form a sphere that trapped him completely.
"Water Style: Water Prison Technique!"
From within the mist, a new figure emerged, Fourth Mizukage Yagura.
Yagura's youthful face, full with dust and streaked with blood, was tense with anger.
The impact from Simu's attack had clearly left its mark, but his hatred burned stronger than his wounds.
The water prison pulsed, greedily draining Minato's chakra, making it impossible for him to use the Flying Thunder God Technique to escape.
"Go to hell."
Simu's ruthless slaughter had ignited something dark within Yagura. Consumed by hatred, he tightened his grip.
Since Minato was a Konoha ninja, he would make him suffer first.
The water sphere abruptly began to shrink, its crushing pressure closing in.
Minato could feel the air being forced from his lungs. A weak smile flickered across his face.
"Simu… You have to make it out…"
He tried to speak, but only bubbles escaped.
Then, just as the world around him blurred, a voice cut through the chaos.
"What the hell are you mumbling about?"
A thunderous impact followed.
Simu descended from the sky, his mace shattering the massive water prison into countless droplets.
A massive hand reached out, catching Minato with ease as countless droplets of water rained down.
Yagura's eyes widened in disbelief.
"Impossible… Even you couldn't have taken a direct hit from a Tailed Beast Bomb!"
Amid the falling water, Simu's eyes gleamed with a fierce light.
"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but my body is far tougher than you think."
Slowly, he rose to his full height at seven meters tall, his presence alone seeming to darken the battlefield.
The sheer force of the Tailed Beast Bomb had inflicted heavy damage, leaving gruesome burns across his body.
Steam still rose from his seared flesh, and dried blood crusted over his wounds, adding to his fearsome appearance.
The thick scent of blood filled Yagura's nose.
Simu gripped his mace and lifted it effortlessly, his voice cold and unwavering.
"If you thought a single Tailed Beast Bomb could kill me, you'd best abandon that illusion now."
Dark red lightning crackled violently across his body and weapon, radiating an overwhelming, world-crushing aura.
Yagura, the Mizukage himself, trembled.
For the first time, he truly understood this was not just a man but a monster, and that monster was furious.
Even in his most battered state, Simu's strength and dominance were absolute, beyond comprehension.
Dark red lightning surged across the sky, illuminating the battlefield like an omen of destruction.
Simu's mace came crashing down with unstoppable force.
Yagura, locked in place, had no choice but to react. Forming a hand seal, he called out:
"Water Mirror Technique!"
Water swirled and solidified into a massive mirror, from which an identical figure of Simu emerged.
The Water Mirror Technique could replicate an opponent's size and abilities, creating a perfect copy.
Facing a reflection of himself, Simu's eyes burned with fierce killing intent.
"Raging Eight Trigrams: Yin III Strike!"
The air crackled as Conqueror's Haki-infused red lightning poured into his mace.
First strike!
Second strike!
Third strike!
Simu's weapon tore through the air, colliding repeatedly with his mirrored counterpart.
Thunder exploded with every impact, shaking the ground.
But the imitation had limits.
The Water Mirror Technique could mimic physical strength and chakra, but it could not replicate Simu's Haki, the very essence of his power.
The mirror clone shattered under the relentless assault.
As the last fragments of water fell to the ground, Yagura realized—this was his final moment.
