The whole crowd fell into a stunned silence at the princess' words. Elowen's first thought was that the announcement would be about all the accomplishments the silver-haired high elf had achieved during the test, but she quickly realised it was far from that.

They approached the gathered group with a measured, confident stride. Siona's head was held high, her posture brimming with pride, while Ki Lien looked completely bewildered, as if he had no idea what was happening.

"For all the years I have been practising essence arts," the princess began, her voice carrying over the assembled elves, "I fought every challenge head-on, relying solely on myself to reach this height.
