The director finally spoke, rubbing a hand over his face as if trying to process what had just happened. "I don't think we even need another take," he muttered. "That was… that was perfect."
Ross, despite the praise, remained composed, though a glimmer of amusement shone in his eyes. He had walked onto this set as an unknown, a question mark in the minds of the cast and crew.
