After defeating the ancient Ainu gods in a celestial war, Kamui, the god of spiritual energy, is reborn in the modern world as an ordinary high school student. Stripped of his memories, he lives a normal life until strange visions and mysterious figures begin to haunt him, awakening long-buried powers. As Kamui struggles to reconcile his past with his present, he discovers that the gods of another realm still hold dominion over Earth and they are coming for him.
