True Madman

Butler again spoke, "Miss, your mother will not like this, she may even send someone to..." but he didn't complete his words, knowing Noel is also present.

Noel heard this and then he looked at Sameera, "what is he talking about and why he's reacting like this?"

Sameera, "oh don't worry, I'll take care of it." Not wanting to continue the conversation, she got up, "let me take you to your room."

Butler came forward, "let me do it miss" Sameera nodded and then Noel followed him as Sameera smiled looking at his back. She thought in her mind, "Master, I have found him…"

Butler took Noel upstairs and then opened the big golden door, "this is your room" the room was big with red curtains and carpet on it, white colour walls and Black colour furniture, "this will be your temporary room."

Noel asked, "temporary?"

Butler closed the distance but he didn't unleash the Aura so Sameera cannot deduce that he's threatening Noel, his eyes glowed red, "I'm telling you for your own good, stay away from young Miss or you won't understand when your blood got sucked dry."

Noel can see that Butler's threat was real, but he couldn't comprehend the reason, Sameera herself came to him and now her butler was telling him to stay away from her.

Noel felt suffocating as Butler was few inches from him but he still looked at his glowing eyes, "may I know the reason for your warning? Sameera said she'll protect me and here you're saying that staying close to her will leave me suck dry."

"so indirectly you're saying that Sameera doing all this thing was façade and her real reason is something else!" he probes.

Butler spoke, "my young Miss's intention are clear but remaining close to her will make you enemies of many people, including her own mother, the Queen" with that warning Butler left the room, closing the door behind.

Noel pondered, "why do I feel that this world is more dangerous than I thought it would be, Gods wants to Hunt me because I can be threat to them and I still don't know if what Sameera says is truth or lie, and if I remain close to her then I'll become enemy of many beings including her own mother."

"why I'm feeling excited, I should feel fear but I just want to embrace death after doing something daring" then another thought came to his mind.

"is this why I'll become threat to many beings in this world" he starts laughing, "Ha-ha-ha-ha… I can't wait to see what this world holds for me, now I'm feeling like a protagonist of some Web Novel"

Butler outside the room heard his laugh and he shook his head, "mad-man, a true mad-man."

He then came back to Sameera's side who heard Noel's laugh, She asked "what happened to him, why is he laughing like a mad-man" her eyes glow red as she stares at Butler.

"don't tell me uncle Henry, you did something to him?" she inquires.

Butler answered, "how can that be miss, he's your guest so I cannot even think about harming him, it's just… he paused."

Sameera spoke, "what?"

Butler continued, "I just threatened him and then came out of the room but instead of fearing he glared at my eyes and when I came out of his room, he starts laughing."

"miss, are you sure, he's not some old monster inside young man's body" Butler spoke as Sameera also thought of the possibility, but she has faith in her master's words so she denied the idea.

"it doesn't matter, remember uncle Henry, his existence is very important to us and we cannot afford to lose him."

With that she headed to her room.

Butler bowed to her as he was worried about her, "I'm having a bad feeling from that Human, hope he's not calamity to our people and to this world."

With that he vanished from his spot.

Meanwhile, Noel jumped on the bed, forgetting his injuries.

 As he landed, he felt pain in his body and head.

"Ouch!"

"Aahaaaa!"

"Shit!"

"Shit!"

He took a deep breath, "I'm forgetting something."

He tried to remember, then suddenly recalled leaving the novel back in the hospital. Just as he thought about it, the novel manifested before his eyes. Noel looked at it with a bewildered expression, "What the fuck?"

He took the book in his hands and opened it, finding the empty pages as before, except the first page:

Noel pondered, "Who to choose? Should I become a Vampire, the immortal being with good looks or maybe a Werewolf, fast regenerative healing power and sturdy body? What if I choose Gods? Will they stop hunting me, but then Demons will come after me?"

Not wanting to rush, Noel closed the book and hid it under his pillow.

He closed his eyes, thinking about his future actions. "I cannot blindly believe anyone; I have to find out what the truth is, but how? I also need to find my purpose for transmigrating into this world."

He thought about Sameera, "She's beautiful. As I've read about Vampires, her allure is attractive, her beauty is otherworldly."

Then, with frustrated tone, "That old man wants me to stay away from her? Who does he think I am? I can live without food but not without beauties, especially in this new world. I won't repeat my past mistakes."

He grinned, laughing loudly enough to attract attention from the household staff.

A maid whispered, "I heard Miss has bought a plaything, a human nonetheless."

Another maid added, "Can't you hear his mad laughter? He's a madman. I heard Sir Henry call him a true madman."

Another maid spoke, "Just seeing the live blood throbbing in his veins, sssssssss" she sucked an air as her expressions were lewd, "I want to embrace him and suck him dry."

"Shhhh... shhhh... keep it low," a colleague warned. "Miss is treating him as a guest, and if anything happens to him..." She ran her hand across her neck, "you'll be gone from this world."
