63. Hit me!!

"Now, continue with the leaf training."

Reko performed tree climbing while sticking a leaf to his forehead. At the same time, he decided to pick a few more leaves to stick on his body.

Almost six hours passed with the training.

But Reko was happy to have made the progress. He knew that training chakra control was really necessary. Otherwise, he would have just stored charges in his kekkei genkai.

'Fortunately, it would end soon.'

Reko knew that he would copy the medical ninjutsu being taught by Tsunade with Steal. While at it, he would also get to experience the chakra control by Tsunade.

That was the reason why he was traning so hard, to make the most of it. The better his chakra control, the more he could retain from Tsunade's POV and the higher he could get the levels.

"I don't think her medical ninjutsu would be any lower than fifty when her level alone shows above 100."

Tsunade was almost a level 120. A ninjutsu which she had been using for a few decades would surely be close to that level to.

"I should try checking level of the important characters. That would allow me to help understand the level difference."

He did not have the opportunity to check and compare the levels of characters like Kakashi, Guy, and Jiraya. That would have helped him in understanding the strength meter really well.

However, it was not a problem. This was only the second month of the long two and half years time skip. Reko had lots of time as he trained under Tsunade's guidance.

Learning under Tsunade, he would surely get to meet those important characters.

He decided that it was enough for today and decided to head back home.

Walking back home, he casually greeted Kurenai who seemed to have spent time training with her team.

Reko canceled the shadow clones, prior to going to bed. He did not want another nightmare when waking up in the morning.

Curious about the results, he decided to check up on the progress he had made.

"That's a big jump! But it is obviously going to be easy for someone like me with huge chakra reserve and vivid imagination."

He had further broken down the training method and lowered the entry level of training. combined with his chakra reserve and relentless training, it was only a matter of time.

Even after training under Tsunade, Reko trained in the forest for so long that it was dark.

Lvl 20: +10% endurance.

"Increase in endurance.... I like the increase in numbers more but good enough."

Shadow clone experienced yet another breakthrough. Though Reko said that he liked the increase in numbers more, it didn't mean that he disliked endurance.

It was just that in his current situation, the increase in numbers would have been more practical and efficient.

With that, he stopped for a break. After organising his memories he drifted off to sleep.

Next day,

Following the routine, Reko excitedly went to the hospital.

He had a Genin level Steal and he was going to use it today.

'Truly unfair! One has enough chakra to create a shadow clone and then learn while the other one is exhausted with just wall climbing.'

Shizune looked at the figure of Sakura and Reko standing side by side.

While Sakura had spent sleepless night and aced the training in the night. Reko had no signs of sleep deprivation as he had already completed the training yesterday.

Shizune had to make sure that Sakura had completed the training. So, she had requested Sakura to demonstrate. The pink haired Genin proudly demonstrated her chakra control, astonishing both Reko and Shizune.

Today's class was meant to teach Reko and Sakura their first medical ninjutsu, the Basic healing jutsu. Mystical palm technique!!

Shizune, like usual, had prepared the materials needed for this training. The room had a table on which the closed scroll was placed and another table with fish.

They were waiting for Tsunade to arrive and begin.

Finally, after waiting for almost ten minutes, Tsunade arrived in the room. It was early in the morning. So, this behaviour could be ignored.

Not that either of them dared to scold Tsunade, except for Shizune.

"Hit me with your strongest physical attack."

As soon as Tsunade arrived, she took a good look at everyone before pointing her fist out to Reko and ordering.

"Hit?"

Reko asked confused, Why did she suddenly show up asking to be hit? And that too on a fist? Did she wanted a fist bumb?

"Yeah, quick."

Tsunade urged, not minding the weird look Shizune, Sakura, and Reko were giving to her.

"I am weak against beautiful woman."

Reko balled his fingers into a fist before coming up close to Tsunade as he said this to her, hesitant to attack her.

"No illogical words. Concentrate."

Ignoring the flattery by Reko, Tsunade urged Reko to comply quickly.

"Okay. I have to punch, right."

Reko punched, using his full strength. He was sure that he would be the one getting hurt even though Tsunade only stood still, but he complied with the request nonetheless.

"Were you aware that you would be the one getting injured?"

Tsunade asked, smiling as she glanced at the bruised fist of Reko. The strength behind Reko's fist was surprisingly high but nothing she could not resist with her raw strength.

Her fist remained flawless, without a single bruise, only slight redness but Reko's fist on the other hand was bruised from the impact.

"Is that even a question? You are famous for your strength."

Reko replied with a smile. He was aware that he was not going to injure Tsunade, not with his raw strength at the very least.

"This jutsu I am demonstrating is an entry level medical ninjutsu."

Tsunade pointed to the scroll as she opened it up for Reko and Sakura to read.

"Remember the handsigns."

Tsunade made the handsigns slowly, allowing Reko and Sakura to remember it.

"Mystical palm jutsu!!"

Tsunade pointed her palm at Reko's injured fist, the bruise healed instantly, a new layer of skin replaced the injured one.

"Could you perform it once again?"

Reko requested, hoping to watch Tsunade in action again. He had forgotten to use the Genin level Steal on her as he was more focused on feeling the effects of healing jutsu on his body.

"Spar with him, Shizune. And make sure the injury is only surface level."
