Shisui and Daichi stood back-to-back, their senses sharp, surrounded by five Hidden Leaf ninja. The tension hung heavy in the air, but there was no need for words between them. Over the course of the last year they weeks of intense training together running through different senarios, they moved with perfect coordination, their instincts honed to act in unison. Their enemies had no idea what they were up against.

Without hesitation, one of the enemy shinobi formed a series of rapid hand seals, and in an instant, a thick Mist Jutsu enveloped the clearing. The mist swallowed everything, cloaking the area in a dense fog that reduced visibility to near zero. The enemy's plan was clear—neutralize Shisui's Sharingan and disorient Daichi. They thought they were taking away the team's greatest advantage.

But the enemy had made a critical mistake.

This was Daichi's domain. He had trained extensively with mist for the same reason, learning to fight in environments where sight was limited. His body moved with fluid grace, as though the fog didn't even exist. Shisui, having sparred with Daichi under similar conditions, knew exactly how to move in this environment. The mist wasn't a disadvantage—it was an opportunity.

Shisui activated his Sharingan, even though the mist dulled its power. He could still catch faint outlines of chakra moving through the fog, enough to track the enemy's movements. Meanwhile, Daichi quickly formed the seals for Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu, summoning seven clones that scattered into the fog, each moving independently, blending into the mist.

The enemy couldn't tell which Daichi was real.

Shuriken cut through the mist, their metallic whirring the only sound in the heavy silence. Shisui sidestepped the attack with practiced ease, his movements almost too fast for the human eye. Daichi, anticipating the onslaught, moved with fluid precision, dodging the projectiles before they could touch him.

Suddenly, a low buzzing filled the air—the unmistakable sound of bugs. One of the enemy ninja, an Aburame, had sent a swarm of poisonous insects toward them, aiming to overwhelm both Shisui and Daichi with sheer numbers.

Shisui, recognizing the imminent threat, didn't hesitate. His hands moved quickly, forming seals for Fireball Jutsu. A massive ball of flame roared through the mist, its intense heat cutting through the fog and lighting up the battlefield for a brief moment. The fireball engulfed the swarm, incinerating the bugs before they could reach their targets. The smell of burning insects filled the air as the swarm was reduced to ash.

At the same time, Daichi's clones sprang into action. One of the enemy shinobi, a sensor, lunged at one of the Daichi clones, thinking they had cornered the real one. The clone reacted instantly, moving to engage. But the enemy didn't realize that every Daichi was poised to strike. Before they could land a blow, Daichi's real self emerged from the fog behind them, his kunai flashing through the mist. He drove the blade into the enemy's spine with brutal precision. The shinobi dropped to the ground, lifeless, before they even knew what hit them.

Shisui, always a step ahead, tracked the chakra signatures of the remaining enemies. He moved like a ghost through the fog, utilizing his Body Flicker Technique to blink in and out of sight, confusing his opponents. One of the sensor ninja tried to track him, but they were too slow. In a flash, Shisui appeared behind them, his kunai cutting through their throat in one swift motion. Blood sprayed into the mist as the enemy ninja fell to the ground, their body collapsing silently.

Meanwhile, Daichi's clones continued to disorient the remaining enemies. Another shinobi, unable to tell which Daichi was real, attacked a clone, only for it to dissolve into nothing. The real Daichi seized the opportunity, summoning a Water Bullet Jutsu that struck one of the enemy ninja squarely in the chest, sending them flying backward into a tree. The impact was bone-shattering, and the shinobi crumpled to the ground, dead.

As Daichi wiped the sweat from his brow, Shisui flickered into view beside him. There were only two enemies left—one of them the bug user, the other still hidden in the mist. The bug user, seeing their comrades fall one by one, sent another wave of poisonous insects toward Daichi, hoping to overwhelm him.

But Daichi wasn't fazed. He sent one of his clones into the swarm, drawing the bugs' attention. The clone engaged the insects, allowing Daichi the opening he needed. He appeared behind the bug user, his kunai aimed with deadly precision. In one swift motion, Daichi drove his blade into the enemy's back, killing them instantly.

The final shinobi, realizing they were outmatched, attempted to flee. But Shisui was faster. With one final Body Flicker, he appeared in front of the fleeing ninja, his eyes cold and unyielding. The enemy had no chance to react. Shisui's kunai sliced through the air, cutting the last shinobi down with ruthless efficiency.

As the mist began to clear, the battlefield was revealed in its full brutality. Five enemy ninja lay dead, their bodies scattered across the clearing. The blood-soaked ground was a testament to the precision with which Shisui and Daichi had taken them down. There had been no hesitation, no mercy.

Daichi's shadow clones dissolved one by one, leaving the real Daichi standing amidst the aftermath. He glanced at Shisui, who calmly sheathed his kunai. There was no need for words between them. Their teamwork had spoken volumes.

The fight was over, and their enemies had been eliminated—quickly, efficiently, and without a single mistake.

Without another glance at the fallen bodies, Shisui and Daichi continued forward, looking to assist Haruto.
