Grace was about to pull the door open when she froze. She was still for a second or two before she turned around and fixed her gaze on Rune who seemed to have realized what was going through her head.

"How did you enter?" She got so focused on learning about the monster that she completely forgot about the part where Rune suddenly appeared inside her apartment even when the door was locked.

He kept his expression neutral, but she was still able to sense the tension in him as he answered. "My powers." That's all he said but that was enough of an answer.
