Liberty City, Hell's Kitchen, Tony's Tuning Shop.
It was August, and the weather was hot. Not many people strolled the streets during the day, but at night, individuals from all walks of life began to appear in the streets and alleys of Liberty City.
Sin and luxury went hand in hand.
In the vast workshop illuminated by bright lights, a loped steel plate truck was placed on the work station. A young man in blue overalls was holding a welding gun, constantly welding and reinforcing the joints.
The car had a strange appearance, resembling a formula racing car with a low chassis and a simple steel plate frame. The most distinctive feature was the sloped front section of the body, which looked like a bucket.
"Crash..." The rolling shutter door slowly rose, accompanied by the low roar of a motorcycle. A man wearing a black leather jacket, with a circular target mark printed on his forehead and a crazed smile at the corner of his mouth, rode his motorcycle into the workshop.
After entering, Bullseye dismounted the stalled motorcycle and observed the young man, who was intently focused on his work. Not wanting to disturb him, he leaned against a seat and played with some darts while waiting.
Dazzling white light flashed intermittently, causing Bullseye to frown. To be honest, as someone who often focused on his aim, he didn't appreciate the kind of bright light that could burn his eyes.
White smoke rose from the welding and was gradually pulled outside by the exhaust fan.
"...Sizzle..." After welding the last joint, the young man took off his goggles and looked at his visitor in the modification shop.
"What's up?" The boy placed the goggles on a nearby workbench, then walked to the refrigerator in the corner, picked up a bottle of Coca-Cola, drank from it, and tossed it away.
Bullseye caught the bottle effortlessly, pulled the tab, took a sip, and glanced at the young man in front of him. He had deep features, messy black hair hanging casually over his forehead, and still bore the immature look of a high school student.
But he didn't dare to underestimate him at all.
The boy in front of him was named Tony Shaw, the owner of this modification shop. However, saving the shop in Hell's Kitchen was no easy feat.
Though Tony was young, he was a master of vehicle modification. His armored vehicle shop, called Skeleton Horse, was known throughout Hell's Kitchen.
In addition, he was responsible for the sale and modification of weapons. While he was not the largest seller in Hell's Kitchen, everything he sold was high quality.
"How many explosive bullets do you still have in stock? Our boss wants them all."
"By the way, I also want a few MK2 sniper rifles."
"Evil Pluto is here too."
Bullseye flattened the can, and as he spoke, he expertly tossed it into the trash can next to the rolling door.
"You're planning an assassination?" Upon hearing this, Tony raised his eyebrows in surprise.
Not to mention explosive bullets and MK2 heavy sniper rifles, Evil Pluto was a laser weapon perfect for invasion and assassination. However, it would undoubtedly be much more expensive.
The Evil Pluto Laser Rifle wasn't as criticized as it had been in the three-person-one-dog game, but its real-life effectiveness was clearly much better.
"Yes, how much will it cost?" Bullseye didn't explain further.
"You're about to take over the whole underground, and you're actually planning assassinations?" Tony complained, then led Bullseye to the backyard of the modification shop.
"Come with me."
In the backyard, modified sports cars and sedans were lined up side by side. Their stunning appearances and advanced technological designs immediately caught Bullseye's attention.
What attracted him most was a completely black vehicle with a large rear end, occupying most of the vehicle's front body, and a large round mouth. It looked like a seahorse from the front, with a smooth exterior filled with futuristic technology.
"You actually modified a Batmobile! How is its performance?" Bullseye couldn't help but move closer and stroke the car body in amazement.
"The name is Vigilante. We just need an engine now."
"How much does it cost?" he asked curiously.
"It ranges from one thousand to thirty million. If you can get me plutonium, it can be cheaper." Plutonium is an important raw material for the atomic energy industry, essential for many vehicle technology engines in the Five-Star Good Citizen game.
It was understandable how difficult it was to buy such controlled raw materials, and he didn't have much on hand.
But for Kingpin, it shouldn't be too difficult.
"Plutonium..." Bullseye secretly memorized it.
"By the way, I remember you're about to start school soon. How are the darts coming along for me?" he asked casually as they walked to the warehouse.
He highly regarded Tony's knife-forging skills, and the darts he made fit his hand perfectly.
"We're working on them for you."
"If possible, make me some bat darts. I want to see if they work." After seeing the Batmobile, Bullseye felt a little itch for some new toys.
"Then you'll need to find some tungsten alloy. It can't be too cheap, right?" Tony tilted his head and teased.
"No problem."
"We have three boxes of explosive bullets, totaling thirty-six bullets, and six boxes of armor-piercing bullets, totaling seventy-two bullets... We also have MK2 sniper rifles..."
These weapons were relatively popular, so the inventory was not very large.
"The last Evil Pluto has been reserved. If you want it, you'll have to wait a week."
"Okay, hold it for me!"
After sending Bullseye away, Tony checked the time, turned off the lights in the workshop, hung up the "Resting" sign, and left Hell's Kitchen on his Ducati 916.
The red Ducati created a red blur on the street. Tony felt the strong wind and the images whizzing past his ears. He lowered his body, excitement flashing in his eyes.
Tony was not a person from this world—or rather, his soul wasn't.
In his previous life, he had been an extreme sports enthusiast, and most of his favorite games revolved around shooting and racing. His favorite game was undoubtedly *Morality and Law*, followed by *Resident Evil*, *Call of Duty*, and *Halo*.
In an underground racing competition, he met his end when he fell off a cliff to his death.
However, whether it was due to the God of Death's incompetence or luck, when he woke up again, he found himself in the body of a high school student in the Queens District of Liberty City.
His real name was Tony Shaw. After his father died in Hell's Kitchen, he was found and beaten to death by his enemies.
He had time-traveled into the body of this Westerner, and with him came a system in his mind—the Ninth Art Technology System.
This system allowed him to obtain technology from corresponding games based on the influence of the games he published.
The first game the system offered him was extremely free and also his favorite game—Morality and Law 5.
An action-adventure, open-ended game, and a good citizen simulator.
After the game was released, it quickly became popular all over the internet, ushering in an explosion of success.
