"Are we going in the right direction?" Jacob asked me as I looked up at the star. Carla mentioned that it would be difficult to navigate our way through the wilderness, so she recommended that we follow the stars.

There was a particular alignment of stars that had three stars close together, and they were pointing to the west with the first star slightly bent, portraying an arrow. "Yes, I can still see the stars," I told Jacob. I looked around the forest and all I saw were tall trees, and the ground was moist with melted snow.

As the cold wind blew past us, I looked up at the stars once more before we continued walking. We have been hiking for four hours now, and Carla recommended that we reach their place before daybreak because if the sun comes out, we will never be able to find our way.

"Are you sure that a village called Serene View, exists?" Jacob asked me after a while.
