Beast Gauntlet

The Beast Gauntlet began as soon as Elder Qiang finished his explanations. Unlike the Labyrinth Elements, the disciples would take the challenge one by one, gathering the attention to themselves.

Just like the rule stated there are three stages but only two are needed for the disciple to pass.

Because Xu Qi's group consisted of the top three outer court disciples, Elder Qiang specifically told them that they should take the exam last.

That didn't matter to Xu Qi. The longer he had to wait the better. They could watch the other disciples take on the challenges first and create their own strategy.

Likewise, the other disciples also thought that they'd have a higher chance of passing if they let the others start first.

In the end, Elder Qiang used the ranking in the first segment to call upon the disciples from bottom to top.

The first one up to the plate was the poor disciple who took more than two hours inside the labyrinth.
