LORENZO
I pulled up in front of my mansion and was about to step when Isabella's hand on my arm stopped me, her grip tight with a mix of anger and desperation.
"Was this your plan all along?" she asked, her voice low and even, but I could sense the turmoil brewing beneath the surface.
She has refused to say anything ever since I introduced her to a bit of my dark side. I have another reason for introducing her to it because weirdly I am begging to be so interested in this lady.
"Luca! I asked a question," she called out, she looks so cute when she is mad and also calls me by the name I detest most.
I raised an eyebrow, feigning nonchalance as I pulled out a stick from the car's glove compartment.
"I don't know what you are talking about," I said, trying to sound detached.
