Zilah ran with a strange grace, with her eyes never leaving the ground.
She watched as a black shadow formed beneath her feet.
Growing bigger and darker with each passing second.
She squinted her eyes.
A few moments ago, the sky above her had been black and soulessly bleak, like it spelt a dangerous omen.
It was impossible for it to impose any light or grant a more deeper shade.
But then the Totem released it's rapid fire burst of dreadful turquoise balls; turning the space above alit with blue lights, looking like raindrops.
Albeit more like a deadly meteor shower.
Zilah was left with a brief expense of time, before the 'raindrops' completed their arc across the sky.
And began a downpour unto her.
Her speed and effort were commendable, running 1.3 times faster than the average car speed.
Still
A figure flashed by her for a moment, before it sped on ahead.
