Impeding War

---

The rumors of the dojo's miraculous techniques spread like wildfire across the 17 cities, igniting a frenzy among the various clans.

One after another, they dispatched spies to infiltrate Crystal Birch City and uncover the truth.

However, each attempt ended in failure as the grand formation around the dojo prevented any unauthorized entry.

This mysterious defense only fueled the curiosity of the clans further, solidifying the idea that the rumors might indeed be true.

As days passed, reports started flowing back from the spies. Though they were unable to step foot inside the dojo, their observations confirmed strange occurrences.

The number of ninjas entering the dojo was increasing, but none were seen leaving.

Even those who had been ordinary civilians seemed to display remarkable changes, becoming disciplined and purposeful.

These peculiar details only strengthened the belief that something monumental was happening within the dojo.

Soon, the clans escalated their efforts, sending elite masters to infiltrate the dojo.

These were no ordinary shinobi; they were seasoned warriors trained in covert operations. But even they failed to break through the grand formation.

Yet, unlike the spies, these masters had the patience and strategy to work from within.

Instead of brute-forcing their way in, they chose a subtler approach— they began to show their desire to join the dojo.

Despite this, the clone overseeing the dojo did nothing to stop them. Instead, it let the situation play out naturally.

Over time, the new disciples, once loyal to their clans, began to change.

Under the dojo's teachings and subtle guidance, they became devout followers of the new path laid before them.

The masters' reports back to their clans started shifting in tone—from skepticism to awe.

One particular report, carried back by an elite master, created a storm across the cities. It confirmed the unbelievable: the dojo's techniques were real.

The power and skill displayed by even the lowest-ranked members were beyond what any clan could ignore.

This revelation was akin to dropping a bomb on the upper echelons of power. Panic set in, followed by an immediate and desperate response.

"The rumors are true!" one elder from the Tamada Clan of Northern crystal city exclaimed as he slammed his palm onto the meeting table.

"We must send more of our forces to Crystal Birch City! If we delay, we will be left behind."

"But if we send too many at once, we risk exposing our desperation," countered another clan elder, scratching his chin thoughtfully. "We must be patient."

The decision was made. More disciples from each of the clans were dispatched under the guise of joining the dojo.

What they didn't realize was that this was exactly what the clone intended.

The newcomers were welcomed without hesitation, their loyalty slowly shifting as they immersed themselves in the dojo's way of life.

A month passed, and the dojo underwent yet another transformation.

Now, it housed more than 1000 ninjas from four different clans, along with about 780 civilian shinobi.

The numbers were staggering, and the fervor of training had reached new heights.

The once-divided loyalties of the disciples faded as they embraced their new identity.

Their commitment was cemented through rigorous training and live combat session the clone conducted, along with the missions.

Among these missions was a decisive battle—the elimination of the last resisting clan within Crystal Birch City.

The first 250 ninjas who had joined the dojo were given this mission as their final test.

The battle was fierce, but their training had elevated them beyond their former selves.

They fought as a single unit, utilizing strategies that had been drilled into them through relentless practice.

The resisting clan fell, and with that, Crystal Birch City was fully brought under Clone's control.

In the aftermath, the victorious ninjas stood amidst the ruins of their fallen enemies. Their faces were filled with a newfound confidence.

For many, this had been their first true battle, and the taste of victory drove them to train even harder.

One of the dojo's instructors, a veteran shinobi named Rensu, addressed the young warriors. "

You have taken your first step into the real world of shinobi warfare. Remember this feeling.

Let it drive you forward. Strength is built through battle, and only through unwavering discipline will you rise."

The crowd of ninjas roared in agreement, their spirits ignited.

With the final resistance crushed, construction began in the heart of Crystal Birch City.

A grand structure was being erected—an administrative center that would one day serve as the ruling seat for the future Land of Crystals.

Clone's vision was no longer just an idea; it was becoming reality.

He watched from a high vantage point, arms crossed as he surveyed the bustling city.

One of his clones approached. "Everything is progressing as planned. The dojo has become the center of power in this region. The clans' greed has led them right into our hands."

Clone smirked, his eyes gleaming with ambition. "Good. This is only the beginning. Once the Land of Crystals is fully established, we will reshape the balance of power across all 17 cities."

"There is one more thing. The clans have begun gathering their elite forces—not just to infiltrate, but to take control. They will try to seize what we have built."

Clone's expression brightened once again with a chuckle. He turned his gaze back to the city below, a sharp glint in his eyes.

"This dojo is no longer just a place of training. Those who dare to challenge us will either submit… or be destroyed."

The night breeze carried his words away, but the weight of his intent remained.

The great game had begun, and Crystal Birch City was now the epicenter of a revolution.
