When they went outside, it was a small celebration between all of them. Especially Scarlett was full of joy. She finally had her hand back, at start it was a weird feeling. She felt a sudden jolt of pain in her hand and then, a chilling feeling, like her whole hand was placed in a ice bath. And suddenly she could use her hand again. The weirdest part was being able to feel with this hand made of copper. Though it looked rustic, with weird pipes looking like viens around it, she could tell if something was cold, hot or if someone has touched it.

That is when Idris noticed that unlike before he was not that much centre of attention. Though he had just fought a higher demon and came back alive, not a single person was interested in that. First half was talking about Scarlett's hand which she now covered with a white glove, while the other was interested in Kauri. And the later ones were the ones he was frustrated by. For some reason they were more interested in the plain and boring Kauri, for them maybe his dimwittiness when it came to social queues. He would make a straight to the point answers and that will make them all laugh. Especially the princess, she would never leave the side of Kauri. Following him everywhere he went, she looked to be over protective of him. That frustrated him. Ladies fighting over Kauri.

He sat in the side drinking from a large glass, when Livia came to his side.

"You know, i felt you did right when you punched him. He deserved it", Livia said.

"What?".

"yeah , i mean. He could tell us, but just as his trips with the princess he kept it a secret. Maybe now that Anushna takes higher respect than you", Livia said.

"Yeah", Idris answered," maybe we should remove him from the party. Maybe after the next mission, that one is going to be the hardest one yet."

"Next mission?".

" yeah we must go and check that Soul Orb out", Idris explained.

Drinking from his glass and going again for a refill, he could she both Kauri and Anushna laugh, he had to make Kauri go, or his mission will go to waste. But still he was his friend, he must be given a proper farewell and then he must find a way to add the princess to his party.

The Soul Orb was his gateway to do so. He must acquire it, and become far stronger than any hero before or after. 

And so he waited for the party to get over, then they all gathered. There was Idris, Scarlett, Livia, Kauri and Anushna. And that was when Idris told them all about the Soul Orb hering the mention of which, Anushna was shocked. 

"How did you know about the Soul Orb", she asked.

That was when they told about the demon's dream to use it to get strong enough to be called an elite demon, and that when she explained to them," the Soul Orb is one of sacred treasures of our kingdom. It was placed in a dungeon on the eastern corner of the kingdom. Our ancestors placed it there a few centuries ago, it help deter the demons. Making them weaker when they march towards us. Then, they created a dungeon around it, so no one maybe able to get to the Orb."

"An elite demon is going to attack it, trying to curse it. We will have to go and protect it", added Idris which shocked everyone present there.

"What curse it, but it is heavily protected", said Anushna.

"And thats why that higher demon wasn't able to get the Orb but a elite demon is a different beast, if he is able to get his hand on the orb. I can't tell how strong he will get", Idris explained.

This had them all on guard, they knew they can't screw this up or that was what Kauri thought. On the other hand, Scarlett and Livia both were shocked as they still didn't knew anything about the elite demon. They must have not heard it, or that was what they thought.

"I don't know what i will do. That dungeon is the most dangerous thing in our kingdom", saying so her hands were shaking," but don't worry i will talk t my father and get you the Soul amulet, that will make the larger traps there let you go while the smaller ones will be the only one that will give you some problem", with a smile she ran back, still figuring things out.

That was when Idris looked at Kauri," get ready, we will need you in top shape for the next mission."

Kauri nodded and went on his way.
