Victoria heard Riya's question and looked at Riya in confusion.

But she did see beast master outside in the past. Because she waited a bit longer than the others, she saw some people from the Magic Association passed by their people. The person at the front was riding a magic beast, which caused many people's eyes to turn big. 

They have seen these magic beasts killing people without hesitation and now they saw a magic beast was actually being ridden by others. 

It simply changed their worldview.

Later on, Victoria saw the announcement in the Magic Association that they have a powerful beast master who will come and help them to get rid of the magic beasts along the way. 

When Victoria read that, she understood that the Magic Association had figured out a way to tame these magic beasts.

It was really interesting.
