Chloe's Death...

Natalie looked down, her voice so small now. "The girl who posted the video... she did it because she was jealous of me. That one moment ruined everything. After Yuki died, I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat. I confessed everything to my dad. He told me to forget about it, to move on, but how could I? I transferred schools, got therapy, and saw a psychiatrist. I got better, I guess. But it never really goes away, you know?"

She broke down, clutching her head. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I was so stupid, so immature! I didn't know... I didn't realize what I was doing was so wrong. Please, don't hate me. Please!"

Everyone just stared at her, still frozen in their shock.

"I've changed, I swear!" she cried. "Please... please don't hate me. I'm not that person anymore."

Finally, Chloe stepped forward. She wrapped her arms around Natalie, holding her close. "What you did was wrong," she said softly, "but what matters now is that you've changed. The Natalie we know is caring and kind. You've grown from your mistakes."

Ethan, still in disbelief, slowly nodded. "Yeah, uh, Nat... stop crying already. It's not gonna help. What's done is done. We can't change the past, but we can change what we do moving forward, right?"

Natalie sniffled, nodding. "Y-yeah."

Chloe wiped the tears from Natalie's face, looking her in the eyes. "You've already changed so much. That's why I love you. You always try to help people now. You need to stop telling yourself you don't deserve any happiness."

Natalie hugged Chloe tighter, sobbing into her shoulder. "Thank you. Thank you for forgiving me. I don't know what I'd do without you. I love you, Chloe."

Chloe smiled, whispering back, "I love you too, Natalie."

Jake, watching from the side, threw his hands up in the air. "Man, what the hell... so many lesbians around here. But seriously, what about that poor guy? This is tragic. I think I'm about to cry!"

...

The tension in the room was unreal like the air itself was too heavy to breathe. Everyone felt it—like something bad was about to happen.

The only noise was the low hum of the TV, and then, suddenly, the screen flickered on, pulling everyone's attention. A message appeared, clear as day.

"It's my turn, right? Let me read it." Cloloe waited for a second for the message to appear fully before reading it.

JUMP OFF THE ROOF, YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO DO IT.

Chloe's face went completely pale as she read the words out loud. "What the hell..." she whispered, barely able to get the words out.

Natalie was the first to react, her voice sharp with pure panic.

"This is crazy! She'll die if she jumps from the roof!"

Ethan shook his head, eyes wide. "Bro, this is going way too far."

Jake stepped in, "There's no way we can let her do this. She could freaking die!"

Ava, trying to stay calm, raised her hands like she was telling everyone to chill. "Guys, wait—"

But Noah was already moving toward the door. "Yeah, no. We need to get the hell out of here."

"This place is a freaking nightmare," Lily muttered...

...

Everyone started talking at once, voices overlapping, everyone panicking, insisting that Chloe couldn't go through with the dare. But Chloe's voice cut through the chaos, desperate.

"GUYS, SHUT UP! Do you think I have a choice? If I don't do it, I die!"

Natalie's eyes filled with tears. "But if you DO this, you might still die..."

Ava's brain was racing, trying to come up with a plan. "No. Wait. She won't die. I've got an idea. Hang on!"

Without waiting for anyone to react, she bolted out of the room, leaving everyone in total confusion. A few moments later, she returned, out of breath, holding a coil of rope in her hands.

"If we tie this around her waist when she jumps, we can catch her with the rope!" Ava explained, sounding way too confident for the situation.

Everyone stared at her like she was a genius. Maybe she was.

Chloe's face lit up with hope as she hugged Ava. "Oh my God, you're amazing."

"Yeah, she is," Noah agreed, nodding like this was the best plan ever.

Ava glanced at the clock. "Okay, we've got less than four minutes. We need to move fast."

"Right, let's do this!" Lily urged.

*****

You think the person behind all this is an idiot, huh?

His ultimate goal is to kill you... he's just toying with you.

And you think you can outsmart a ghost? Umm... whatever it is...

Haaaa...

I'm just the Watcher here, but this is laughable. Keep going. It's fun to watch you like this.

But...there is a secret that only I know of if I tell you, you will be disappointed or maybe won't accompany me to read this. But you will know in the end...don't worry.

And you will not be disappointed at that time.

They sprinted up to the rooftop, hearts racing, adrenaline pumping like crazy. Noah quickly wrapped the rope around Chloe's waist, making sure it was secure. He and Ethan grabbed the other end, gripping it tight like their lives depended on it.

Ava stood in front of Chloe, her face serious. "Okay, when I count to three, you jump."

Chloe nodded, looking pale but determined. "Got it."

Ava started counting down, her voice steady even though the tension was unbearable. "One... Two... And..."

The air was so thick with anticipation that it felt like time had slowed down. "Three!"

Chloe jumped off the roof. But as she leaped, her foot slipped on the edge, and she tumbled forward awkwardly. The sudden motion loosened the knot, and before anyone could react, the rope slipped free. Everything seemed to move in slow motion as she fell.

"CHLOE, NO!" Natalie's scream pierced the night air.

The sickening thud of Chloe hitting the ground was the only sound that followed. Everything went dead silent. No one moved. They were all frozen in horror.
