3 weeks passed as the month was almost reaching July 2024, and all the students were now preparing for the Prelim Examination that will hold an individual or group competition with rewards that made all the students work hard and do their best in the 2nd week of July for the starting of the examination. During the 3 weeks, Rowan used his active skill the "Fate's Pull" to summon NPC characters.
He unlocks not only NPC characters but also other uses of the new features along the way. He summons more NPC characters his Fate's Pull proficiency level increases, so based on every time he activates his active skill every day the total skill proficiency generates and upgraded, the results are here:

Elira using the Holographic MagiTech showed Rowan the cost of beginner-level artifacts that made his jaw drop. Elira is now wondering if her lover has quite a cheat level gacha class job to have, well she doesn't care anymore since he told her that class job is a Mythic Class tier, so maybe the class job functions that way.
Rowan: [Thinking] "Hmm... What shall I do about this one-time use artifacts."
Elira: "How about exchanging it for merits, specifically to someone."
Rowan: "Exchange for Merits... Hm? Specifically to someone? Who?"
Elira: "One of the Imperial Family Members, 2nd Princess Elowen Solas Brightwind."
Rowan: "Why her, Elira?"
Elira: "Hmm... So, you must haven't heard about her class job?"
Rowan: "Sorry, I don't. And I do not have a strong information network as you, Elira."

Every artifact that I made was sold out the 100 merits was the common tier while the 250 merits was the uncommon tier.
