Memory of Meeting a Bastard (1)

Medeia frowned. What did it mean? Wasn't she clearly already in a hallucination? She couldn't see or hear anything, so she was essentially detached from the real world, right?

Putting that aside, why had the temperature around her become colder than before?

"Ouch!" Medeia felt her palm freeze the moment it touched the ground. She lowered her head, noticing that the forest ground, once covered with mud and grass, had suddenly turned into a vast of white snow.

When had the scenery changed?

"What the hell …" Medeia immediately stood up and hugged herself as the snow began to fall from the sky, touching her head. "Where am I?"

Medeia wasn't sure, but at some point, she felt like she had seen this place before.

As the air grew colder, Medeia found it harder to breathe. Every time she breathed, her nose and lungs felt like they were burning. She then lowered her head, looking at her hands, which were slowly freezing as well.
