The door leading into the shadow domain slowly opened as Rey Castle entered. He looked around, a smile on his face, hands in his pockets.

"I can see I made a good choice letting the chaos dragon Veron do his job," Rey Castle said.

He ventured deeper into his shadow realm, sensing the presence of spirit beasts. The chaos dragon Veron had released its divine force into the shadow realm, similar to the spirit realm. Instead of creating spirit beasts for the sovereigns, all new spirit beasts born from his energy were now under the command of Rey Castle, the master of the shadow realm.

The humanoid spirit beasts Sevil and Pearl were in charge. Pearl, a high-level spirit beast, trained the newly born spirit beasts, while Sevil enforced the rules and instructed them to bow before their new master.
