The Sky Palace in the Second Heaven is the domain of one of the Twelve Elites, the Head of the Twelve Elites, the Sovereign of the Sky, Zuenos. The Sky Palace exists in the north of the Second Heaven.

The Second Heaven is the abode of the Sovereigns!

Just as there are Five Hells controlled by Great Demons, there are Three Heavens of Light. The First Heaven is the Realm of Purity, also known as The Gate, while the Second Heaven is the abode of the Sovereigns.

The Third Heaven is the existence where righteous mortals go after they die. However, only the Four Elder Sovereigns are known to have entered the First Heaven. No one else is permitted into The Gate.

The Sovereign of the Sky, Zuenos, could be seen standing firmly on his balcony, receiving the fresh air, caressing his beard while dressed in a golden robe. He is a Constellation born of light and ascended to become a Sovereign.
