"The plans have been set in motion. We will be launching our attacks soon," the voice of the Sovereign of War and Peace, Aldora, echoed as she entered the War Hall of the Second Heaven. This hall was located in one of the floating cities dedicated to warfare within the Second Heaven.

Aldora strode into the room where all members of the Twelve Elites, except for Chronos, the Sovereign of Time, were seated majestically around a grand round table. She approached the table with a calm demeanor and took her seat.

"The God of Shadows, Zenith, has been successfully registered under the Imperial Faction. It wouldn't have been easy to attack him if he had been registered before we declared war against him," Aldora began, her voice sharp and confident.

"But since he was registered after we declared war, we retain the rights to wage war against him—unless he joins one of the Seven Supreme Pantheons. And I am certain he wouldn't dare do that."
