Chapter 7: Crown Prince's rage

By midnight, Chen Fu and his men have sent the crown prince back to his mansion secretly. 

Chen Fu shouted furiously at the door of the crown prince's courtyard. " Where is everyone?" An old housekeeper came out hurriedly" What's happened to the prince? and what about her highness?" His voice shook when he saw the injured prince was carried inside his room. Chen Fu put the crown prince on the bed and ordered his men to call physician." you go and bring Chen Tu here without the emperor know. Something happen to the prince and princess. Hurry up!" one dark guard obeyed and hurried flew out to the palace direction. 

Chen Fu took a deep breath to calm himself down and looked back at the old housekeeper." Uncle Lei, We lost. " The old housekeeper felt his knee became weak as he heard Chen Fu's words. "It's okay as long as nobody died." Lei Yu smiled weakly with his wrinkled eyes to comfort Chen fu as he was also trying to comfort himself. 

Chen Fu felt even more angry at himself." It's not okay. The princess is still there. Uncle Lei sends some men to help her highness. I don't know what happened after her highness ordered me and some men to send his highness back." Lei Yu opened his eyes wide in shock when he knew Wei Yingzhen was still at the scene.

He whistled while looking outside the window. Several figures appeared in the room. They saluted to Chen Fu and Lei Yu. " What do we need to do ?" Lei Yu ordered them imposingly without the fear he showed a moment ago." Chen Yi takes your men and go to Mount Tai to check on princess. Until you find her then you all can come back with everyone. "

Chen Yi stood up when heard that the princess was not back yet." Yes!" they all saluted and flew out toward the Mount Tai's direction.

After those people left , the dark guard who went to bring Chen Tu arrived. Chen Tu walked in quickly toward the prince. " How could it be?" Chen Tu was shock when he saw the prince's state. " What type of weapon is this?" Chen Tu took back his gazes on the prince and looked at Chen Fu. 

Chen Fu took out something from his sleeve and handed it to Chen Tu. It was a bag of several bullets which Chen fu picked up to identify during the battle. Chen Tu examined it carefully. " It's too small, much smaller than an arrow's head." Chen Tu frowned as the treatment would be too long for the prince to endure. 

Lei Yu looked at Chen Tu's frowned. " Is there something wrong?" Even Chen Tu still had problem then who could treat the prince. Lei Yu bummed his fist on the bed's pillar angrily. Chen Fu also became more anxious as he walked around the room. " Do you need anything? I will bring it for you. " He grabbed Chen Tu's shoulders and shook him strongly.

Chen Tu was so dizzy by him that he slapped Chen Fu's back hard." Calm down! I've never said it's impossible to treat the prince. This weapon is too small. I need to be careful when I take it out, but the prince can't withstand the time. He will died due to blood lost. I need at least two physician to assist me during the treatment." 

How could Chen Fu find other physicians when Wei Yingzhen and the crown prince asked them not to alert anyone? 

Chen Fu was so mad that he clutched his fists real hard. His eyes became even more scarlet. it's because of second prince. If anything happened to the prince and princess, he would kill the second prince, consort Shi and emperor. He would kill anyone who involved. 

" Chen Fu, You send message to Duke Ming's men in the capital that Crown Prince ,No... Wei Yang would like to ask for his favor. Let's his men send three trustworthy physician to the prince mention." Lei Yu signed heavily when he saw everyone's states. 

Wei Yang.....ohh Wei Yang. How could you still not ask for his help when you were in this state already? You couldn't blame me for informing him on your behalf. 

Chen Fu turned back to Lei Yu in shock. Could he really do that? The prince and princess won't agree. Lei Yu closed eyes painfully as if he knew Chen Fu's hesitation. " What are worrying for? Do you want Wei Yang to die? " Lei Yu shouted at Chen Fu who stood their stiffly. " Duke Ming will come here without caring about anything if he heard their situation from his men. At least, we ask his men to help before they inform Duke Ming." 

Chen Fu glanced at Wei Yang who laid on the bed weakly. 

Your highness, crown prince. He's really sorry to involved Duke Ming while this whole time you and princess wanted to protect duke Ming from this muddy water. He would take any punishments as long as crown prince could wake up.

Chen Fu closed his eyes painfully as he took steps back from Wei Yang's bed and went out to find Duke Ming's men.

Chen Tu also signed heavily at Chen Fu's retreating figure. How could he not understand Chen Fu's worry? Chen Dark guards all understood that Prince and princess did not want to involve Duke Ming anymore but this one time they needed to save prince's life. Duke Ming if he knew , he would be anxious like them. How could he care about his life more than prince and princess's lives?

Chen Tu calmed himself down from all distraction and become more sobered. He said to Lei Yu. " Uncle Lei, we all try about to save prince. Don't worry too much. You can ordered men to prepared more hot water to treat the prince when Chen Fu brings more physicians." Lei Yu clearly understood this but how could he calm down ?

Lei Yu took a last look at Wei Yang and went out of the room.

Chen Fu walked quietly into dark alley and soon he arrived in front of a small wooden house. He opened the door and walked in without knocking. 

In the middle of the house, there were several dark guards who was eating and talking to each others. One man said without looking at the door." How come you here? Aren't you still with the prince and princess at Mount Tai? " 

Other men looked at Chen Fu who stood stiffly in front of the yard with a surprised look. Chen Fu Looked at the man who spoke out to him but before he could say a word. That man put down the tea cup on the table loudly and stood up. " Something happened to them!! " 

Other men also realized something was off. How could Chen Fu came here in the middle of the night if he just wanted to visit them. Chen Fu said aloud to them. " Mo Chi, Prepares three trustworthy physicians to assist Chen Tu in treating the prince. " Mo Chi frowned and turned to looked at his men. " Mo Tan, Mo Ling and Mo Zengyi , You three go with Chen Fu. " then he turned back to Chen Fu. " What about princess? is she fine? " He noticed that Chen Fu only mentioned Wei Yang not Wei Yingzhen. 

Chen Fu waved at three men that Mo Chi arranged to followed him out. Without looking back he said. " Princess is still at Mount Tai." 

Mo Chi was stunned and then he kicked the table angrily. Crash !!!

How could she still there? How was she now if the prince already this bad ? 

The other two men near him also looked at each others worriedly. " What do we need to now? We must go to save princess, right? " One man asked Mo Chi. Mo Chi answered them with an angry tone. " No, Mo He and Mo Yi , you two go to the north to inform Master about the news. I will go to Mount Tai alone to help her." Mo He bowed to Mo Chi and begged him." No, I can go alone. You can let Mo Yi go with. It must be dangerous there if the prince injured like this." Mo Yi also agreed with what Mo He said.

They both looked at Mo Chi back but Mo Chi turned back to look at them with his dark eyes. " You dare to question me? " Mo He and Mo Yi bowed down. " We don't dare. We will go now." They left to prepare their horses. 

Chen Fu and Mo dark guards arrived at crown prince's mansion. Chen Fu and others went into Prince's yard. Lei Yu was ordering maids to bring in the water in. Lei Yu looked at them who just arrived and waved his hand to let the maids leave. 

" Prin... Wei Yang's life is in your hands." Lei Yu patted Chen Tu's shoulder and nodded at Mo Tan, Mo Ling and Mo Zengyi before he left the room with Chen Fu. 

Chen Fu stared at Wei Yang's figure on the bed for a long a time when he walked out with Lei Yu. " Uncle Lei, Please wait for them to finish on by behalf. I need to clean up the trace of us coming back to capital. " He clutched his hands into fists until it became blue. He wanted to see with his own eyes that the prince would be fine but he still had his duty. 

Lei Yu nodded at him ." Even if you don't ask me , I still wait for them to come out."
