The Admiral War! 1

When Masa appeared, he was the grandest among all of them, especially when he brought his followers and even his women. His clothes were the most luxurious, and he even prepared his own place to live and watch, showing the difference in their status.

Yet, somehow, watching him, if someone told them that Masa was the Celestial Dragon, then they wouldn't be surprised, especially when his appearance suited how one should describe the existence above many.

Still, even so, no one thought to provoke him, especially when Masa had exuded the Supreme King Haki to scare all of them. More importantly, all the people around him also weren't weak, especially Van Augur, who was even excited, thinking of blowing up the Marine Headquarters with the new bomb that was developed by Masa, which combined with his Devil Fruit, Moa Moa no Mi.

At the same time, while Masa wasn't a Celestial Dragon, his status was just slightly lower as he was the king of the members of the World Government. He was one of the many who paid and gave salaries to those Marines who worked hard to maintain "justice," so even if Sengoku was there, he didn't pay much attention and only yawned, wondering when the event would start.

Or rather, it was Sengoku who had to give Masa respect despite how complicated he was.

Frankly, at this moment, he wondered why he was doing so many complicated things, especially when it was possible for him to manipulate the minds of others with ease, so he might as well go to the Mary Geoise, then take control over everyone in that place, and become the new ruler of this world.

"You sure are so calm here."

Watching Masa, who was so at ease, Vivi couldn't help but feel speechless. Unlike before, she no longer appeared tomboyish. Instead, she appeared as a beautiful princess suited to the status of princess of the kingdoms, which is part of the founder of the World Government.

Her beautiful blue hair lightly brushed against the wind as she sat with a straight posture, watching all of the people that participated in this competition.

"That's... Princess Vivi!"

"Why is she there?!"

"Don't tell me... does she have a relationship with the young king of Rus Kingdom?"

Those who came from Arabasta watched their princess, who sat by Masa's side with a dumbfounded expression. Similarly, all of those royal members, even if they had heard the news of how close Vivi was with Masa, were surprised to watch the two on the monitor screen, especially Vivi's father, Nefertari Cobra, and those who had been taking care of her for so long.

Still, their eyes widened even more when they saw how easily Masa laid his head on Vivi's lap!

"King!"

Their eyes were bloodshot, and they wished to stab Masa!

"It's fine, isn't it?"

Anyway, their status suited each other well, and as Masa was there, it meant that his people had a power that could make them participate in this Admiral War, which was good, Cobra thought, especially when he thought of the crisis in this country.

Regardless, those who had a conspiracy to take down Arabasta had a solemn expression.

"It's fine. They should be the ones who respect us."

"You are so arrogant."

Vivi was so helpless, watching Masa, who laid on her lap so carelessly, ignoring everyone's eyes, but she didn't push him and just caressed his hair softly, feeling a bit happy inwardly as she was the one who sat by his side.

As for the rest, they were the ones who took care of the registration of Masa's participants in the Admiral War.

"Is your king really going to join?" Tsuru couldn't help but look at Carina in front of her.

"Is there a problem?"

"No, you should know how dangerous this Admiral War is, right? No one will be able to tell who will lose their lives in this dangerous competition."

Tsuru was afraid that Masa would be hurt or even killed in this competition since if that happened, it would lead to a huge problem, especially since Masa was the king of the kingdom, which was part of the World Government. She might not have had respect as she wasn't his subject, but she knew well that parts of her salary were taken from Masa's pocket, which made her need to show a respectful attitude even if it was superficial.

Frankly, not many had a good impression of Masa, especially when he was the one who caused Smoker to be discharged from his position.

Smoker might be a wild card, someone that couldn't be controlled, but even so, he had potential, especially when he had eaten a Logia-type of Devil Fruit, and he also had created many connections as he had been on the headquarters for a while, so when he suddenly became a pirate, everyone thought that it must have been because of Masa.

At the same time, many of the people under Masa were famous criminals, and even if Masa had paid money to erase their crimes from the record, how could their horrible past and those who were hurt by those criminals forget about what had happened?!

Yet... what could they do?

"Ah, so we can kill? That's great!'

As everyone looked at Masa's group happily, Carina didn't care and felt happy that nothing could hold Masa.

"..." Everyone.

Tsuru frowned and was about to say something, but she was stopped by Sengoku.

"I hope that you understand that this competition is created to choose one to become one of the top positions in the Marines! To become an admiral! This isn't a place for you, a royal, to play around, but if, despite all of that, he still decides to join, then I hope that he is prepared for what is happening next."

Facing Sengoku, Carina only smiled and said, "I think it is you who should be prepared, but since it is okay to kill, then it is good. I will tell him." She didn't bother to talk with them anymore. Even if Sengoku and Tsuru had a high position in the Marines, in the end, those two were nothing but dogs.

"Is this okay, Sengoku?" Tsuru watched as Carina left so easily without caring about their face.

"I have reminded them, and if they don't listen, then I can't say anything." Sengoku then thought of Masa's Supreme King Haki, which made him frown and say, "And I don't think he is weak."

"...you are right."

If Masa became the admiral, what would happen?

Regardless, even if Masa had a Supreme King Haki, it wasn't like the others were weak, and it wouldn't be easy to gain the position of admiral just with that ability alone!

Still, Perona suddenly laid on Masa's belly as she glanced at Vivi, feeling a bit jealous, then happy as he didn't do anything when she acted in a spoiled way like this. Regardless, and asked, "By the way, Masa, are there strong people around?"

When this question fell, everyone looked at Masa, wondering what he would say, especially those who were part of his group since they knew this guy knew many things.

Still—

"No, they are all weak."

"....."

Yes, compared to the people in DxD, they were all weak, Masa thought.

Still, many thought they should teach this young man a lesson, especially those who were confident in their strength, especially those who were also a king of the kingdom that was part of the World Government.

"Your Majesty..."

"Just wait."

As his warm body grew hotter, a certain king was ready to show his almighty punch to teach this young king.

Nevertheless, no matter what everyone was thinking, when Sengoku, Sakazuki, and Kuzan stood on the highest platform within this place, Sengoku looked at everyone with a stern expression as he exuded a powerful aura, which made those with weak power tremble.

"The position of the admiral can't be taken by anyone! This is the highest position that a Marine can have within our organization! Only those with righteous hearts and powerful will can take this position! As for the cowards and evil, they have no place as they will be defeated by justice!"

Raising his fist high, Sengoku shouted, "Now, I announce the Admiral War starts!"

"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

As the roar of the Marines echoed, everyone trembled at the power of this organization.
