Soul and new world

In the limitless and silent darkness, located somewhere in an unknown dimension, a translucent figure observes the passage of time, recalling the events of its existence from the very beginning of its memory. It tries to find the reason for its presence in this place, and thus days, months, and years go by.

One day, like any other, while contemplating the same unchanging landscape, a mass of gray clouds begins to take shape. Over time, the silhouette of a gigantic planet emerges from the fog, at least ten times larger than the ancient world the translucent soul once inhabited.

As it observes this magical scene, the soul begins to admire the vast size of the planet, noting its extensive surface. For the first time, upon seeing something different in this boring place, the memories of its previous life and its regrets start to slowly fade away. The beauty of this landscape and the sight of enormous creatures in motion envelop it; the closest one resembles a miniature golden dragon, looking at it from its perspective.

In front of this marvelous scene, many of the soul's knots begin to seem insignificant in the face of the power of space and the world. As the mental knots unravel, the soul, which once belonged to a genius who never sought the new, begins to feel lighter.

In addition to the beautiful view it contemplates, a sky-blue portal gradually starts to form, and with it comes the excitement of wanting to cross into this new place. Being a soul, it feels that it must pass through the portal to begin anew. However, it starts to doubt whether it is right to cross that threshold and lose sight of this wonderful world that helps clarify its regrets forever.

Finally deciding to cross the portal, the soul moves slowly, wishing to imprint that scene deep within itself. Just as it is about to cross, a mass of unidentified objects begins to fall toward the planet, and its image starts to blur over time. Feeling trapped and having no time to comprehend what is happening, everything turns black. In the midst of that deep darkness, its last thought resonates like an echo in its mind:

"The more real your life is, the less disappointment you will feel in the end."

The world of Blood-Land is filled with mysteries and various fantastic races, both long-lived and short-lived. The oldest legend tells of a time when the first intelligent races of the world existed at the bottom of the food chain, unable to defend themselves against the dominant creatures of that era.

As the years went by, a moment came when these races, tired of being oppressed, attempted to free themselves from the misery in which they lived. At a great cost, the first assassination of a powerful enemy was accomplished, which would give rise to the uprising of intelligent beings.

After ending the life of this formidable foe, the members of the rebellion began to contemplate the repercussions of these monsters and fell into a panic. However, there was a young man who, having been unable to eat enough since birth, took as his goal the flesh and blood of the slain creature.

When everyone began to hear a sound reminiscent of digestion, they noticed how carefree this person seemed. Just as they were ready to return to their tribes and flee with their members, this young man suddenly fainted. His body began to heat up, triggering an unimaginable surge of power, which could only be appreciated days later upon his awakening.

This young man, at the beginning of all races, after a series of wars of tragic vengeance, became known as the god of war among all peoples. At the end of the war, he chose to disappear suddenly due to a series of events that made his quest for vengeance lose meaning, and he was never seen again.

It is said in ancient books that before the god of war could awaken from his slumber, the monsters, having noticed the rebellion of what they considered their pets, sacrificed the entire tribe of this young man to protect his awakening, hoping that he would change the course of history.

Over the years, this legend has been passed down for at least 30,000 years. With the change of rulers in Blood-Land, it could never be erased, as it is attributed to the rise of intelligent beings and their glorious development.

Thanks to this person, it was discovered for the first time that by absorbing the blood of special creatures, all races would awaken what would later be called evolution. Over time, across the vastness of the world, classes and kingdoms began to solidify. They began to form, and all races forgot the original objective of their uprising, ceasing to explore the unknown and instead seeking comfort.

During several wars that developed, the descendants of the pioneers who obtained the blood of the most fearsome beasts began to die, leading to the disappearance of the highest power of all. Achieving independence from the territory left by their ancestors proved exhausting.

Within this series of wars, a glorious empire arose, dominating the other kingdoms, called the Solar Empire. In this empire exists a very powerful family that could only rival the smallest kingdom, known as Thorn Flower.

This family lives in a somber environment, from the mansion of the castle to all its vassals, because the curse that has haunted them since the family's inception has returned, and the heir of the most powerful duke in the empire has long been awaited.

Since birth, he has been unable to open his eyes. Today, 30,000 years after the beginning of the world's epilogue, the gears of destiny turn once again, preparing for future events when a soul suddenly falls from the sky and enters the inert body of the ducal heir.
