His mind wandered back to the events of that morning.

With that taken care of, another message arrived from Gu Long, reporting that his mission was also complete. Gu Tian nodded in satisfaction before dialing a number. The call barely rang twice before the other side picked up.

"Proceed with the next phase. Everything is ready," Gu Tian said in a calm tone.

The voice on the other end was silent for a brief moment before responding with a short but firm reply.

A golden light flashed through the sky as a magnificent phoenix soared above the city. The radiant bird, breathtaking beyond comparison, descended gracefully toward Rainfall City.

All around, people gasped in awe. Many pulled out their phones to take pictures and record videos. Excited murmurs filled the streets.

"That's a Golden Phoenix! A beast of this caliber rarely appears in a mid-tier city like ours."
