Unwanted Visitors

It had been one of those days at Straten—long, draining, and filled with never-ending assignments that could've been summarized in an email.

By the time I walked into the apartment, I felt like my brain had melted and dripped out of my ears.

Ethan was finally back from his long business trip. After the chaos my brothers stirred up in his absence, all I wanted now was some peaceful, uninterrupted time with my boyfriend.

No overprotective brothers ruining my day or suffocating me with their ridiculous protective measures.

Let's face it—while I love my brothers and their presence can offer a sense of security, sometimes I just need space to breathe.

That's why I decided to live independently, away from their constant surveillance. Keeping them around even after moving out of the mansion would completely defeat the purpose.

Ethan was sitting at the dining table, his laptop open, brows furrowed as he sifted through a pile of business reports.
