[All entertainment venues on the island will close at 18:00 today. Thank you for visiting.]
Amid the lively chatter and laughter, the sun had already begun to set before anyone realized it.
In the distance, the sky above I-ISLAND was tinged with dark red clouds, casting a beautiful reflection on the sea and dyeing the waves in enchanting shades of rose.
The island's residents and tourists, their elongated shadows stretching under the evening glow, began making their way home in small groups.
Gradually, as the sky darkened and the temperature dropped, the once-bustling atmosphere started to settle.
Security patrol robots and street-cleaning machines had replaced people as the primary presence on I-Island.
However, Kaminari stopped Kirishima in the hotel lobby, which left Bakugo feeling annoyed. Without a word, he took the elevator upstairs.
Kirishima looked at Kaminari in confusion. "What's up?"
"Didn't you notice that Tetsutetsu hasn't shown up yet?" Kaminari asked, looking out at the pitch-black sky with concern.
"Didn't he leave with you earlier? That's why I wanted to ask you when he split off."
"Oh, right!"
Kirishima was momentarily stunned, then scratched his head in embarrassment. He hadn't been paying attention to Tetsutetsu at all.
Probably because that loudmouth Bakugo had been yelling the entire time, keeping him distracted.
"Let me think... Before the rock climbing challenge, he was still hanging out with us, eating and having fun. But after we got to the rock formation, I don't remember seeing him..."
Kirishima sheepishly admitted, "I wasn't paying attention since I was watching other challengers perform, and then I went up for my own challenge."
"I see... So we were supposed to meet up later, right?" Kaminari nodded, lost in thought. He didn't blame Kirishima—it was normal to assume Tetsutetsu had just wandered off on his own.
"But why hasn't he come back yet?"
Kirishima started feeling uneasy. "Did you try calling him?"
"I did, but no one answered."
"He'll probably be back soon. The announcement just now was an island-wide broadcast, after all," Kirishima reassured him, though a trace of worry lingered. This was IS Island, after all, what could possibly happen?
"Yeah..."
Still, if Tetsutetsu didn't return by 18:30, Kaminari planned to contact the island staff.

As Kaminari shut the door behind him, he saw his parents already dressed up—his mother holding a red bow, helping Tobio into a small white suit.
"Big bro Kaminari!"
Tobio, who had been cooperating with their mom as she dressed him, cheered happily when he saw Kaminari. Then, his gaze landed on Kaminari's hero robe. With a pout, he whined, "I want Pikachu!"
"Alright."
Kaminari didn't refuse. Since he needed to change into a suit anyway, he deactivated his hero costume and let [Pikachu] accompany Tobio instead.
"Where's Kyoka?" His father, clad in a crisp black suit, asked from the sofa.
"She went to Momo's place. Said she wanted to wash up, do makeup, put on a dress, and all that," Kaminari replied with a shrug, heading into his room to get ready.
He definitely needed a shower, after running around all day in the heat, he was drenched in sweat.
As for his outfit, his meticulous mother had already laid out a white dress shirt, a tie, leather shoes, and a neatly pressed suit on his bed.
"Kaminari, are you coming with us?"
As Kaminari finished showering and got dressed, he glanced at the clock on the wall, frowning slightly. Before he could dwell on it, his mother called from outside.
"No, Mom. You guys go ahead—I'm meeting up with my classmates later."
"Alright!"
Soon, the sound of footsteps and the door closing echoed through the house. The moment the three-bedroom apartment fell into silence, a familiar ringtone—Only My Railgun—broke the stillness.
"Hello?"
The moment Kaminari answered, Kirishima's anxious voice came through.
"Kaminari… Tetsutetsu still hasn't come back..."
"Tch. That metalhead is so damn annoying. Why the hell is he running around?" Bakugo's impatient voice chimed in from the background.
"I'm calling the police. Let's meet at Central Tower Hall No. 7!" Kaminari decided without hesitation, hanging up before immediately dialing the emergency number.
I-Island didn't have a police force. Initially, a department was established, but after a long period without crime, it was deemed unnecessary.
With state-of-the-art security systems and professional Pro Heroes stationed on the island, world governments saw deploying police as a waste of resources.
After all, what could police officers even do here?
As a result, emergency calls on I-Island connected directly to the island's AI security system. While some staff members were available to assist, the system itself handled most incidents, which usually involved trivial matters like missing children or lost items.
After dialing the emergency number, Kaminari reported the situation and provided Tetsutetsu's information to the security system.
"Phew… There should be news soon..."
He felt slightly relieved after the call. Though I-Island was fairly large, it wasn't so big that finding someone would be difficult.
However, he had no idea that at that very moment, the top floor of the Central Tower, where the security system was managed had already been taken over by a group of mysterious, armed men in black.
They had cut off all external communications.
Had Kaminari called just a little later, his call wouldn't have even gone through.
---
Dressed in a black suit, white dress shirt, and yellow tie, Kaminari stepped into his polished leather shoes and hurried toward Central Tower Hall No. 7.
"Hey, Kaminari!"
Mineta, still in his waiter's uniform, raised a hand in greeting.
Iida, ever the strict one, frowned. "Kaminari-kun, you're fifteen minutes late!"
"Sorry, sorry. I was reporting Tetsutetsu's disappearance to the authorities," Kaminari explained. His words instantly surprised everyone.
"Tetsutetsu is missing?"
"Are you sure he's missing and not just late?"
"If he hasn't come back yet, then yeah, that basically means he's missing!"
As the group murmured among themselves, Kaminari glanced around, noticing only three people were present: Iida, Todoroki, and Mineta.
"Wait, where's everyone else?"
"They haven't arrived yet. Honestly, why does no one take group activities seriously?" Iida grumbled, clearly displeased.
Just then, the automatic security door behind Kaminari unlocked.
Midoriya, dressed in a brown, red, and black suit, ran inside, panting. "S-Sorry I'm late!"
At that moment, the door unlocked again.
Kaminari and Midoriya turned around, just in time to see Uraraka step inside, wearing red embroidered shoes, black stockings, and an off-the-shoulder pink princess dress. A white rose hairpin adorned her hair, and a pearl necklace rested against her collarbone.
"Sorry for the wait!" she said cheerfully.
Beside her, Asui was clad entirely in black—from her long dress to her gloves, stockings, and boots. Yet, with her flowing forest-green hair and a delicate white corsage at her chest, she looked just as stunning as Ochaco.
The boys fell silent.
They had only ever seen them in school uniforms, so this sudden transformation left them momentarily speechless.
Especially Midoriya, he stood frozen, as if the entire world had melted away, leaving only Uraraka before him.
Kaminari smirked at the scene, amused.
Guess the later a girl arrives, the more breathtaking she is.
As the automatic doors slid open once more, no one even glanced at the neon-lit night beyond.
Because the two girls stepping in were the real showstoppers.
