Naledi’s family was destroyed by the Cosa Nostra Mafia group - also known as the Italian pack. She escaped alone as a child and was trafficked by the Yakuza Mafia pack.

On the final day of her service, Naledi is forced to attend a mating ball, where she meets Alpha Caellum - The head of the Cosa Nostra pack, her enemy’s son, and more importantly, her mate.

“You are not allowed to leave.” He said, and the men formed a barrier around me. “Alpha’s orders.” 


“And what will you do if I disobey? What would you do if I defy your charismatic Alpha?” 


“The Alpha has ordered your house arrest.” My eyes widened in surprise. “I suggest you return inside the house. Anything you need will be supplied to you.” 


Oh no he didn’t. I felt my blood boil as I stood there, dressed but not allowed to go. If he thought he could control me then he had something else coming. 


I stood in silence and suddenly, a smile drew on my lips. That smile turned to a burst of full-blown laughter. A maniacal laughter that left them looking like I’d grown a second head. 


“My lady,” Marcus said in a worried tone. 


It only made me laugh the more. I was going to teach them all a lesson. One that wouldn’t leave their mind in a hurry.
