Snowsian Imperium & The Fractioned Explorer Groups

"Well, well, well. Seems to me they LANDED HERE. TWI-NOC!"

"State your business witch." Ordered Michigan.

"Well now. You're not the crew I was expecting, but I can't pass up the opportunity to kill the most annoying insect to grace my Imperium."

"Fat chance of that. Empress Snow, I'd like to meet some friends of ours."

"Don't tell me you brought those pathetic other "exploration teams" with you." She laughed.

"Nope, say hello to the newest crew in your neck of the woods, The Scotts Crew.

From behind Michigan, emerged the Ten Scotts wearing the C-Plutonium armor they'd been given.

"Arscott." Sternly said Prescott.

"Yes, Captain?"

"Pick someone, and show them what a Ruskie-American can do."

"Dah, Captain." She said, cracking her knuckles. She scanned the crowd, and of the plethora of people there, she tackled Snow to the ground, pinning her down.

"SCOTTS! TAKE OUT THE REST! JUST LIKE TRAINING!"

"YES, CAPTAIN!" Yelled the other Eight Scott. They split into pairs and began ripping the Imperium's soldiers apart. The soldiers tried to fight back but were systematically crushed at every turn.

Michigan turned back to see Arscott slam her clasped hands down onto the abdomen section of Snow's armor, cracking it like glass.

"HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!" Yelled Snow as she knocked Arscott in the chest.

"You underestimated us." Said Arscott as she slammed a bottom-swung punch into Snow's ribcage.

Prescott, in the meantime, was downing imperium soldiers with his scattergun. It was a shotgun that fired a version of buckshot made of ionized plasma. It was effectively nicknamed, "The Scatterplot Freedom Shot" when he first used it. Each round sent the gill-breathing soldiers running in fear as they bore witness to what Michigan effectively called, "Manifest Destined Indomitable Human Spirit". The Scotts and Pacifics forced the Imperium to retreat, but not without Brawn critically damaging their ship's engines.

After the Imperium had retreated, the Ryelins and Pacifics cheered. Michigan watched as the Scotts boarded their damaged Starship and chased down the Dreadnought Class Starship. Aboard the Dreadnought, the alarms sounded as the human battleship pummeled their engines, in rapid succession. As they did, the other Explorer Groups dropped out of FTL to find Snow in retreat.

"WHAT THE HELL? WHO ARE THEY!?" Yelled a crew member.

"They... No, that is Humanity." Replied Phoenix, another Explorer Group Leader from the captain's chair of the Starship, Sagittarius Venator, as the Spirit of Freedom began making its way back to Ryelight.

Once the Spirit of Freedom and the other Explorer ships landed, Michigan invited the Leaders and one member of their choosing to join in a meeting.

"Right, everyone listen up!" Called out Michigan. "This here is Prescott J. Philip, Captain of the USS Spirit of Freedom, Leader of the Scotts Crew. Introduce yourselves!"

"Well, I am Phoenix. Leader of the Explorer Group Theta Eridani. On my left is my Second, Demeter. If anything, call us the Jupiter-Superious Crew." As she sat down, another leader stood up.

"That was one impressive display of power and might. Anyways, I'm Helios. Leader of Explorer Group Venus Sovereign. If that doesn't break it down, we're the Venus Crew.

"Welcome to the ass-end of the Universe. I am Mariner. Leader of the Colonist Group Zeta Centauri, better known as the "Lynx-Carpathia". On my left is my navigation officer, Pioneer. We are the only group that isn't for exploration. We arrived here aboard the Colonist Arc known as the Andromeda Resolve. We still have colonists in deep cryo-sleep and as of now, all the groups use Andromeda Resolve as their base of operations." As they sat down, Michigan looked over to Prescott.

"We all arrived within a few years of each other. While your crew and mine are from Earth, the others come from various galaxies around the universe. Currently, we have been searching for a planet to build a hub of operations and a civilization for all of us. Now, before you say anything. Returning to the old "Terra Firma" isn't possible. The only way in and or out of here is through blackholing. However, Earth has already moved on four decades since we sat down. By the time you arrived, they'd have forgotten your names entirely."

Prescott nodded and looked at Jesscott. "Well, at least we know." He then turned back to Michigan. "Tell us, what's Snow's deal?"

"Snow is just the same historical past of Earth. A tyrant trying to spread her influence across the universe. Typical shit, but we have had an idea that's been floating around. We want to form a united group of sorts, no more independent small groups. With your might and our knowledge, I'm certain we could stand up to Snow and even contact Earth." Said Michigan leaning back in his chair.

"That would benefit all of us. Seeing that we can't go back and all. Do you have a planet in mind?"

"Yeah, take a look." Said Michigan turning on the star chat. He pointed to a cluster of planets a system away. "That's the Xephos System. Each Planet is named with an X followed by a number. Such as X1, X2, X3, X4, X5. We have the Andromeda Resolve parked on the edge of that system. Of course, since Ryelight is no longer safe for the Ryelins, we'd bring them too. What do you think? Sounds like something you'd be onboard with?"

"Let us talk to our crew, and see how they feel. If anything, we must tell them about our full situation."

"That's understandable. We'll leave you to it."

As Prescott and Jesscott walked to the Spirit of Freedom, Phoenix looked at Michigan. "Are you sure they'll join?"

Michigan sighed. "Just like my crew, they've got nowhere left to go."

In the Medical Station of the Spirit of Freedom, Prescott and Jesscott broke the news of their situation and Michigan's proposal.

"We know this is a lot to consider and we'll do our best to answer any questions."

The air was still. Nobody muttered a word or a peep. The revelation that there was no going home stung like hell, but they'd survived with non-fatal injuries. That's when Brescott and Russcott jumped in.

"If we're stuck here, why not give it a shot?" Asked Russcott.

"I agree. There's no guarantee we'd even be able to push through a white hole anyway. Added Brescott.

"Then it is settled. We'll join them." Said Prescott as he nodded, trying to boost morale.
