As soon as Nia picks up her phone, her mother, Jayashree, starts speaking, "Where are you? Have you started troubling someone again? I called your office and they said you finished their work and left after lecturing them. Since you've already consumed their brains, leave that poor person alone now."
The man standing in front of Nia, Manan Rathore, is shocked to hear her mother's words and looks at Nia as if asking how her mother knows there's a guy standing there. Nia glances at him briefly, ignores him, and responds to her mother, "I'll be home in 10 minutes, keep the gate open." She starts her bike and leaves.
Manan stands there, staring at her as she disappears into the distance.
Now, let's shift focus to Manan Rathore, the male lead of this story. He's a famous actor with a slightly arrogant nature, but he's normal and down-to-earth at home. He lives with his parents, a younger brother, and has a bit of a temper.
After Nia leaves, Manan calls someone, and soon a car arrives. He gets in and heads home.
Meanwhile, at Nia's house, her parents, Rajesh and Jayashree, are chatting with Nia's best friend, Sanchee. Jayashree owns a boutique, and Rajesh, a retired army officer, helps her with the business. Sanchee works at a company and is currently telling Jayashree about Nia's antics, specifically how she didn't take her out for dinner today.
Nia arrives, singing "Mera Joota Hai Japani" (My shoes are Japanese). Suddenly, a flying shoe approaches her, and she ducks just in time. She sees Sanchee holding another shoe, ready to throw it.
Nia grabs Sanchee's hand, takes the shoe, and throws it back. Sanchee sits quietly on the sofa while Nia glares at her angrily, hands on her hips. Jayashree and Rajesh enjoy the drama, munching on popcorn.
Nia breaks into song again, "Achcha Sila Diya Tune Mere Pyaar Ka" (You rewarded my love well). Rajesh, who was drinking water, chokes and starts coughing. Jayashree rushes to pat his back.
Once Rajesh recovers, he asks Nia, "What kind of song is this?" Nia replies, "Papa, this is Nia's style of singing. Wasn't the song amazing?"
Sanchee interrupts, apologizing to Nia for throwing the shoe and promising it won't happen again. Nia hugs Sanchee, forgiving her.
The story will continue with Nia's next date and the chaos that ensues.
What will happen on their date?
