Delia Yonce at The Moon Base

With each new attack, her strength was depleted, and finally she realized that it was simply impossible to resist these machines. Her body was weakening, and she could no longer rise.

"Delia, hold on!" Edwin shouted, squeezing her hand. "We will find a way out!"

Suddenly, one of the drones, noticing that Delia was losing strength, tried to bypass her defense and aimed straight at her. A rapid movement cut through the air, and at that moment Delia felt all her hopes begin to slip away.

"Not now!" she screamed, gathering her strength, but she knew that she was physically unable to withstand this onslaught.

Edwin's words haunted her, but eventually she realized that she could not cope alone. Taking a deep breath, she tried to gather all her strength and stopped time for a moment, creating an energy aura around herself.

"I will not give up!" she said with despair in her voice.

But the drone still fired its beam. At that moment, she couldn't do anything. The beam of light hit her in the chest, and the next moment, a light flashed in the darkness, preventing her from plunging into the abyss. When Delia came to, the darkness gradually dissipated, and reality appeared before her again. Edwin, seeing that she had come to, was next to her, his eyes full of determination.

"Are you okay?" he asked, holding out his hand to her. "We can do this together!"

"You're right, Edwin. We can combine our powers!" she said, rising to her feet. "If we combine our energies, we have a chance to destroy their defense systems."

Edwin nodded, and Delia concentrated, trying to imagine how her telekinesis and Edwin's energy could create something greater. She could feel his confidence and strength, and this gave her additional incentive.

"Come on, let's start by combining our energies. "I can feel how they can merge," Delia suggested, her voice confident. "We need to create a powerful energy flow."

Edwin straightened up, and his hands began to glow. Delia concentrated on her abilities, pulling out all the power she had from the depths of her soul. Gradually, a glowing vortex formed around them, and the energy flowing between them took shape.

"It's working!" Delia exclaimed when she saw how their energies began to intertwine, creating a powerful field.

The energy grew brighter and brighter, and with each passing second, its power increased. Delia felt Edwin supporting her, his presence like a strong support. They became one, their powers increased several times, and eventually, a huge energy sphere was formed.

"We must direct this energy to Makoto's defense systems," Delia commanded, her eyes sparkling with determination. "We only have one chance!"

Edwin nodded, and they began to focus their energy on the nearest drone, which was still circling around, ready to strike again. Delia and Edwin combined their thoughts and feelings, and soon a bright, shining beam of light formed in front of them.

"Three... Two... One!" Edwin shouted, and they simultaneously directed their powerful stream towards the drone.

The beam of energy they had created burst out of their hands, piercing through space. It reached the drone with unimaginable power, and in the blink of an eye, a deafening explosion was heard. The metal machine was shattered into pieces, and their shining energy reflected off the walls of the factory.

Delia couldn't believe her eyes. They did it! But before she could rejoice, their victory turned into a new threat. Makoto's security systems were rebooted, and a new wave of drones, even more powerful, broke free, ready to attack.

"We must act quickly!" Delia screamed, feeling fear creeping up on her again. "If they activate their defenses, we won't be able to escape!"

"I know," Edwin said, his face taking on a determined expression. "We can create another wave of energy and send it to the central control point!"

Delia nodded, and they began to combine their forces again, trying to gather all the energy they had. They felt how tired they were with each passing moment, but their determination did not leave them.

"One, two, three!" Edwin commanded again, and they sent another powerful stream of energy towards the central control.

This time, it glowed so brightly that the halls of the factory were filled with a glow, and they saw how the mechanisms Makoto had created began to fail, leaving smoke and fire in their wake.

"We did it!" Delia screamed, feeling the adrenaline rushing through her veins.

But Makoto wasn't going to give up. At that moment, he appeared on the screen, his face twisted into an evil smile.

"You think you can stop me?" His voice was ominous. "You don't stand a chance!"

Delia felt a chill of fear run down her spine, but this time she wasn't going to back down. Together with Edwin, she gathered all her strength and energy to finally take the last step towards her freedom.

"Don't be afraid, Delia, we can stop him," Edwin said, and their hands met, strengthening each other's support.

Together, they sent their last energy stream towards Makoto, and when the light flashed again, they were already standing in the ruins, overcome with a sense of victory, but also uncertainty. They knew Makoto Shugarami was not finished, and they would soon face even greater dangers.

"We need to get back to the Moon Base," Delia said, taking a deep breath.

She knew they weren't just confronting an evil tycoon; they needed to take on the Convention and figure out who else was behind the scenes of this twisted game.

"There are archives there that could help us," she continued. "We need to gather information about how the Convention works and what their plans are."

Edwin nodded, scanning the surrounding area. He knew that Delia had also promised to play a role in the festival at the Moon Base, which was an important event for their society. This was her chance to not only prove herself as a talented actress, but also use her popularity to fight the system.

"Yes, you're right," he replied. "But let's make sure no one is following us first. We need to formulate a strategy before we head back."

Delia noticed that her thoughts were still focused on her upcoming performance at the festival. Despite all the danger, her dream of being an actress was still alive, and she didn't want to forget it.

"I can use this performance as an opportunity," Delia said, her voice filled with determination. "Maybe I can draw attention to our actions. If I can let people know what's going on with the Convention, they might start asking questions."

Edwin looked at her with respect. He had always known that Delia wasn't just an actress; she was someone who could influence people's minds and hearts.

"Then it's decided! We'll return to the Moon Base, gather information, and prepare your performance. But we need to be careful. Makoto probably won't leave us alone."

After gathering their things and activating their communication devices, they headed toward the spaceport. This time, Delia felt stronger than ever. A determination burned in her heart to use her abilities not only for herself, but for others as well.

When they arrived at the Moon Base, she was greeted by a familiar sight: a sky filled with stars and the majestic structures of the Academy of Arts and Perfection. Soon they found themselves in the archives, surrounded by shelves of ancient books and records. Delia picked up several folders and began to look through them.

"Edwin, look at this," Delia exclaimed, pointing to one of the documents that mentioned the Convention's experiments with people with superhuman abilities. "This could be the key to what we're looking for. We need to find out who else was involved in these experiments and what consequences it had."

Edwin came closer, his face expressing both interest and caution. They began to study the records, as Delia felt her confidence grow.

"Just don't forget that you have a festival," Edwin reminded her, making her smile. "Are you ready?"

"Absolutely!" Delia replied, her eyes lighting up with enthusiasm. "I'm going to go on stage and show everyone that true power isn't in fear, but in how we use our gifts."

With new plans and determination in their hearts, Delia and Edwin left the archives and immediately noticed several familiar faces in the hallway. First, their attention was drawn to Carol, Delia's old friend, who was enthusiastically organizing the festival.

"Delia! Edwin!" she exclaimed, running up to them. "I haven't seen you in ages! How are you?"

"We're not having as much fun as you," Delia replied, grinning. "We've come back with an important mission. We need to arrange a meeting with other witnesses who can talk about their experiences with the Convention."

Carol looked thoughtful, her face becoming serious.

"I can help! There are several students who have also encountered the Convention and their experiments. We can gather a group in one of the old classrooms."

Edwin nodded, feeling their plan begin to take shape.

"We need to find people who are willing to talk openly about what happened to them," he said. "And preferably not just students."

Carol nodded, her eyes filling with determination.

"I know where to find them. Come on, I'll walk you there!"

They left the classroom and headed toward the main hall, where there were plaques with the names of students participating in various projects. Carol led them to a group of young people discussing their experiences. Among them was Harvey Pleydell Dean, a talented inventor who had been working on a project involving telekinetic powers for several years.

"Harvey, we need to talk to you!" Carol exclaimed, approaching him.

"Delia! Edwin!" Harvey Dean said happily, hugging his friends. "I've heard about you. What happened?"

Delia quickly told them about her adventures, how she had become embroiled in the Convention's affairs, and how they needed help from other witnesses. Harvey Dean paused, then nodded.

"I know a few others who can help, too. We're not alone - we have our own voices, and they need to be heard."

The group soon grew. Other people Delia knew joined in: Kate Reynolds, a biochemist who researched genetic mutations, and Keith Jennings, who was creating new technologies to defend against drones. Each of them was willing to share their stories, and their determination encouraged Delia and Edwin.

"We could hold the meeting right here at the academy," Kate suggested. "We have auditoriums where we can gather people and discuss our experiments."

Delia felt her confidence in their plans grow. This was her chance to rally people who could raise their voices against the Convention. She could already imagine herself standing in front of them and inspiring them to fight.

"That's a great idea!" Delia exclaimed, her eyes shining. "Let's gather everyone who's willing to talk and have an open discussion. We need to know what happened to you and how it relates to what's happening now."

The team set about organizing the meeting. Everyone was busy creating promotional materials, others were looking for locations. Delia and Edwin, while everyone else was busy, took a few minutes to think about their next steps.

"You realize that this is our chance to create something bigger?" Edwin asked, looking at her hopefully.

"Yes, and I'm willing to take the risk to do so," Delia replied, her heart filling with determination. "I'm not going to be used. I'm going to take my destiny into my own hands."

Soon, everything was ready and they all gathered in the auditorium. Delia, Edwin, and their friends sat in a circle. The atmosphere was tense, but full of determination. Each participant understood that this was not just a conversation, but an opportunity to express themselves and their experiences. Delia looked at her friends and began to speak.

"I know that each of you has experienced something terrible because of the Convention. I myself have just learned how deep this problem goes." She paused to collect her thoughts. "They are using us as pawns in their political games. But how far are they willing to go?"

Across from her, Kate Reynolds nodded.

"I spent a lot of time studying the biomedical technology they're developing. They're trying to create people who will have abilities like yours, Delia," she said, her voice shaking with excitement. "I learned about the tests, how they manipulate genes, trying to create the perfect soldier who will obey orders."

Harvey Dean added,

"They're not just researching, they're monitoring. And if they succeed, they can change the structure of society, turning people into obedient machines that will serve their interests."

Keith Jennings, who had joined the conversation, raised his hand to attract attention.

"And that's not all. I've heard from people I know that the Convention is developing technology that can track and suppress people with unusual abilities. They've installed drones and devices that can identify us as soon as we manifest our powers. That means we could become targets at any moment."

Delia felt a chill run down her spine. She had never realized that her powers could make her a target.

"We're not just witnesses, we're potential threats to them," she said quietly, clenching her fists. "I thought I could control my powers, but now I see that they could use me as a tool to hurt others."

Edwin placed a hand on Delia's shoulder, trying to comfort her.

"But we can't let them do that," he said. "You have to remember that together we can stand against them. If we gather all these stories and bring them to light, we can make people pay attention to what's happening."

Delia was becoming increasingly aware of how great a threat the Convention posed. She thought about how many lives had already been ruined, how many people had been lost.

"If they get us," she said with firm determination, "it won't just be the end of our fight, it will be the end of everything we believe in. We have to act now."

The audience agreed with her, and Delia felt her heart fill with new hope.

"Let's make our voices heard," she said, her eyes lighting up. "Let's stand against this evil together!"

Despite the optimism in the air, Delia couldn't shake off the nagging doubts. When the meeting ended and her friends went their separate ways, she sat alone in the audience, lost in her thoughts.

She glanced out the window, where the soft clouds swirled above the Moon Base, illuminated by a soft light. This place had been her home, her refuge. But now she felt its walls closing in on her, as if an invisible threat were enveloping the base.

"What if I can't handle this?" Delia thought, clenching her fists. "What if they all suffer because of me?"

Kate Reynolds' words about the Convention's control technology, how they could track and suppress people with abnormal abilities, kept playing over and over in her head. She remembered how easy it had been to escape the agents in Tokyo, but now that the threat was more real, she began to doubt her abilities.

"I'm an actress, not a warrior. What can I do?" she thought with despair in her chest.

At that moment, Edwin entered the room. He immediately noticed her tense gaze and came closer.

"Delia, what's wrong? You look like you've been shot with a laser," he said with concern in his voice.

She sighed and looked at him, holding back tears.

"I just... I don't know if I can handle this. These abilities can hurt us as much as they help us. I feel like I'm becoming a target, and that maybe it would be better to just hide."

Edwin sat down next to her, his confidence encouraging her.

"Look, we all have doubts. Each of us feels like we are on the edge. But it is in moments like these that we must unite. You are not alone, and your powers can save not only you, but many others as well."

"But how can I control this?" Delia exclaimed, losing her patience. "I do not have the experience to use my powers in battle! I am just an actress, and maybe I should return to my life before it is too late."

Edwin leaned closer, his voice became serious.

"Delia, I have seen you use your powers. You are stronger than you think. We all started from scratch, and even the most powerful heroes doubted themselves at one point."

She tried to remember the moments when her powers saved the situation, when she felt confident.

"I do not want anyone to suffer because of me," she said quietly.

Edwin smiled, trying to reassure her.

"You can not control everything, but you can control your decisions. Together, we can create a plan. We can find people who have faced the Convention before and listen to their stories. We can learn how to act."

Delia glanced at Edwin, and his confidence began to seep into her heart. She realized that running from her problems was not the answer. If she truly wanted to help others, she needed to take responsibility and learn to control her powers.

"You're right," she finally said, steeling herself. "I can't run from this. I have to face it."

Edwin nodded, his eyes shining with approval.

"Let's do this together. You're not alone in this fight."

Gathering her thoughts, Delia stood up, feeling a surge of determination when her communicator suddenly rang, breaking the silence. She pulled it out of her pocket and saw the name Jordan Thurlow. Her heart skipped a beat.

"What does he want?" she thought.

She pressed the button, and Jordan's voice filled the space around her, full of worry and concern.

"Delia, it's me, Jordan. I'm so worried about you. You have to go back to Lisbon. I'll do everything to keep you safe."

Her heart sank with tenderness and worry, but at the same time, she was overcome with confusion. She knew she couldn't just leave everything and go back to her quiet life while this threat loomed over her.

"Jordan, I..." she began, but she didn't know how to explain the situation to him.

She remembered how he'd look at her with pride when she performed on stage, how he'd cheered for her successes and always supported her dreams, but now it seemed like his fears overshadowed everything else.

"I can't go back," she said with determination, feeling the power building inside her. "I can't just walk away from this. I have to figure out what's happening and how to use my powers. This isn't just about me, Jordan."

"Delia, you don't understand!" His voice became more insistent. "I don't want to lose you!"

"Jordan, I promise I'll take care of myself," she sighed, trying to reassure him. "But I can't stay away when I know I can help."

On the other end of the line, she could hear Jordan breathing heavily, then he said:

"Okay. If that's your decision, I can't stop you. But please, be careful. I don't want to lose you, Delia. You're all I have."

Tears welled up in her eyes.

"I'll take care of myself, I promise. If anything happens, I'll contact you right away."

"Okay," he said quietly, his voice softer. "I'll be waiting."

When the connection was cut off, Delia looked out the window, feeling the determination building in her chest again. She couldn't let Jordan's fears cloud her purpose. She had to keep fighting to keep those she loved safe.

"I'll do it," she said quietly, looking up at the stars that shone above the Moon Base. "I'll find a way to stop this threat and protect my loved ones."

In that moment, Delia realized that her powers were not only a gift, but also a responsibility. And she was ready to take on that burden.
