I was debating whether to turn around and face him so I didn’t seem like a child throwing a tantrum when Joshua suddenly asked, “By the way, do you know where the lunaberries are? Did you take them back?”
“What did you say?!” I gasped and spun around. We lost the lunaberries?! “I didn’t—”
He was sitting by the campfire, a small amused smile tugging at his lips. The lunaberries were right next to him.
“Is messing with me your idea of fun?” I huffed, glaring at him.
Instead of answering, he simply waved two fish skewers in his hand and asked, “Are you hungry?”
