Everyone's brows knitted tightly, looking at her with questioning gazes.

"I don't..." Before Malik could make any comment, his brows suddenly furrowed, and he vomited mouthfuls of blood immediately.

Everyone was stunned, but before they could speak or act, Malik vomited again, another mouthful of blood pouring from him. His face turned pale instantly.

"Malik!" Lily exclaimed and rushed to his side, immediately catching him before he hit the ground.

"Step aside, everyone!" Star warned, and everyone took several steps back.

The blood that Malik had vomited suddenly began to writhe and slowly transformed into a long, plump, red worm.

"This is the worm?" Liam exclaimed, terror evident in his expression. "Malik! How on earth did you have the heart to eat this? This is just too ugly!" He shouted.
